Since my existence as human being. I've never seen An Igbo person beg with bow or plate moving from shops to shop.

A 30 year-old-woman, Chinyere Onuara, has been nabbed for pretending to be blind and receiving alms from unsuspecting members of the public.

Speaking with newsmen at the Ondo State Correctional Home in Akure where she was held in custody, Chinyere claimed to have left Ebonyi for Akure few weeks ago to assist a blind friend to collect arms but the deal did not sail through on getting to the Ondo state capital.

I hate ethnic bigotry but your chest beating is getting much. Is that fake beggar also a Fulani or Hausa woman?

I heard President Muhammadu Buhari is absent at Bola Tinubu's Colloquium currently going on in Abuja.

Last year, before the elections, Tinubu organise the colloquium in Lagos and President Buhari flew in from Abuja to attend.

This year, less than a month after election, Tinubu even took the colloquium to Buhari's backyard in Abuja, but the President was nowhere to be seen.

Tinubu is the modern-day Afonja who sacrificed the interest of his people but was betrayed by Fulanis.

I hope he won't end up like MKO Abiola.

I rest my case!

Mention just one politician from your State that's more politically relevant than Tinubu. You deserve the pity more.

INEC should declare AAC winner based on already collated votes. Wike can go to court if he’s aggrieved.

Exactly. They should declare the results as it were before the suspension. The aggrieved should go to court to retrieve their mandate if they feel the mandate is theirs. INEC has no power to cancel elections in Nigeria.

We need to educate these kids.

2003, 2007 were the era of do or die politics.

Once you get the ticket of PDP, you can go to bed.

I remember we voted for Mimiko in Ondo, while we were still collating the result in Akure, Prof. Maurice Iwu announced it in Abuja.
Same applies to edo, OSUN, Ekiti.

I am not APC, neither am I for PDP but I hate hypocrisy

You're so right bro. I can remember how Hon. Tunde Akogun, the man who later became the House leader won in 2007 when Presidential and National Assembly elections were still being held different days. His boy (man) came to the polling unit and told whoever cared to listen that elections had already been concluded in Abj and that Akogun had already won. He told us not to bother ourselves waiting for materials. Materials later arrived around 5pm and before 6:15pm, those PDP guys in my area were already looking for a way to snatch the ballot boxes and papers. It took the intervention of the fearless AC guys who stood their ground. Last last, they took the ballot boxes away (to INEC office to avoid snatching) before 6:30pm when just few people had voted. The next day we heard Akogun had been announced as the winner of the polls. This scenario alone makes me hate PDP so much. Yet some people are here telling us Yakubu is worse than Iwu.

You are wrong.
Peter Obi was the only APGA Governor from South East and he fought tooth and nail before reclaiming his mandate.

One out of five SE states.

In the south west, only Tinubu survived that is one out of six.

And lastly, please present to me the result of the 2003, 2007 presidential elections by state

@bold, I promise to deactivate my account if any of them can do that.

I talk to you as an insider.

I am not holding brief for Prof. Yakubu, but we shouldn't forget that we once had a chairman who only came on air to announce general scores without telling us the result collated per state for each of the parties

I bet the guy you quoted wouldn't reply this. I'm surprised they're calling Yakubu the worst Chairman when under him, PDP is about winning fourteen States and APC also winning fourteen States with AAC claiming one. During their time in govt, there was nothing like inconclusive election simply because they always rigged the election such that there wouldn't be any need to have inconclusive polls. Under this man, at least we now see margin of defeat being around 100 to 5000 which wasn't obtainable during the time of Iwu.

There weren't joking on those shitty predictions, they were dead serious, they even insulted me over that.yahaya bello would singlehandedly win his election,he's like el rufai a warrior.he delivered for buhari upon the mood against him.he delivered majority of nass seats for apc.if ortom can win, nothing will stop bello.i suspect pdp will give their ticket to Dino or wada or idris son.

They insulted me as well for telling them there was no way Atiku would defeated Buhari on the Northeast and North Central. As for Kogi State though, honestly, there's no way Yahaya can beat Audu's son in a free and fair contest. Audu's son would get block votes from the Eastern part of the State, the West would also support him. The Western part of the State still feel cheated after Yahaya was given the ticket. They felt it should have been handed to Faleke. He will only win the Central. I just pray they give Dino the ticket, Yahaya will beat him hands down.

Wow. Yet they claim INEC is biased under Buhari. How can a single local govt churn out 200k votes plus? Even KMC doesn't churn out such number of votes in Kano State. PDP has been rigging elections in the South South.

Dont mind that dreamer.he claimed that buhari will lose gombe, kwara, bauchi, nasarawa and kogi but here we are.he is fond of making wild and absurd analysis.imagine the boy confidently saying that apc would lose osun at the tribunal and that bello will lose kogi when ortom has scaled through.let him think of imo that will get nullified and a looming loss for wike.

They were only joking when they said Buhari would lose those States to Buhari. grin cheesy I also heard Ihedioha doesn't meet the constitutional requirements. I wonder he was returned elected. The courts would take care of that. As for Wike, he's on his way out. There's no way APC would lose Kogi unless they field Yahaya Bello while PDP fields an Igala man. But if PDP mistakenly give their ticket to an Okun man, then that's goodbye to PDP in Kogi.

You are right that is one way to look at it. However, this is another way to look at it : pdp 2 NW sokoto and kano, 1 NC benue and 1 coming Kogi, 3 NE bauchi, adamawa and taraba. 1 confirmed in SW Oyo and one on the way Osun. SS 5 and SE 4. 17 plus #Osun and or kogi later in the year. Floor 17.

Mind you I said 'likely 18pdp, 17apc,1apga going forward'.

Lol... We are talking of what both parties have presently. Coming* is still far. No one is sure what will happen in Kogi come November. As it stands right now, 19 - 15 seems to be the scores.

The results declared so far showed that AAC was leading in Rivers. You can say the results were written but the "written" results still stand. Suspension of the election doesn't invalidate the results. Written results brought Wike in and if same takes him out, that's fine.

I have mentioned them if only you scroll back. Anyway, you can mention yours.

Aside Kano and maybe Sokoto (which can swing either way), APC has the remaining five in the Northwest. In the Northeast, APC has three. Viz: Borno, Yobe and Gombe. Let's just assume PDP has taken Bauchi. In the North Central, APC has five States while PDP has only Benue. In the Southwest, APC has five States while PDP has only one, Oyo. APC has one in the South South, Edo. They have none in the Southeast. Add everything together. Five in Northwest plus three in Northeast plus five in North Central plus five in Southwest plus one in South South. Everything is nineteen. Should PDP lose Sokoto to APC, that means APC would have twenty. Is that clear now?

Pdp has won kano fair and square. Expect the margin to widen. Just like kwarans maintained with otoge.

At the end, governance btw 2019 to 2023 will be interesting cos there will be balance of power across the nation. Likely pdp 18states apc 17 Apga 1 going forward?

APC 19 PDP 15 AAC 1 and APGA 1. Where did you get the 18 for PDP and how were you able to reduce that of APC to 17? Or do you want us to mention the States each party controls right now.
