The socalled Rivers state oil are in Igbo speakng areas of Rivers, carved out from Old Imo state...the people living there know this. Pipelines are used to divert SE oil to SS telling Nigerians its from SS. When in doubt...this is a bold statement, lets divide in this country into SW, North, SS and SE. SS will be shocked to know that they don't have much oil as they and Nigerians have been deceived for decades to believe. Go to Anambra and see billios of dollars worth of oil and gas investments...have you not heard about Orient? Anumanu.

Stop playing ethnic card. I'm not Yoruba. The question is: "Is Edo an oil producing State or not?" If YES, why then did the OP omit it? For selfish interest I guess?!

I would also like to support him but I don't think he can win the APC' Primaries. He hasn't even started meeting with the delegates. Or even if he has started, he hasn't got to my LG. I don't like how Oshiomole is handling things in Edo State right now. But that doesn't mean you should be lying against him just to prove a point. The Deputy Governor himself came to Akoko Edo to meet with delegates on Sunday and he didn't carry on any campaign of calumny against the Comrade Governor. You can't compare the Benin of today to the Benin of 2006. Or can you?

With Lere Olayinka as the National Publicity Secretary of PDP, their 'going down' would be made easy. The guy talks too much. Even if there's no basis for criticism, the talkative would always try to find one!
