Compare it with the number of days the competition has been live.

What data's did you put into consideration before making such claims....
Is it the profit made so far, or the lot size use in trading or the draw downs

simple truth is any trader that can't post there explorer or fxblue account is fake....
that's the only way to identify a genuine trader...

create a new account with icmarkets, using new email, you will get 1:25, or you can try using Fxpro one that was suggested here

The truth of the matter is that this competition is purely for day traders.

every trader has a style that's perculiar to him....
some traders have a system that helps them rack up as much profit at the beginning of the month, while some traders gather profit little by little everyday....
it's left for you to close in the gap with your system....
someone that made a profit of 20 Percent within a week that's. more than enough for the month

I support the idea of weekly target. Maybe a minimum of 1% or 0.5% so that people won't go to sleep after making some lucky profit. If possible competitors must place trades at least two days in a week.

I thought not trading at all is also part of risk management, what if a person doesn't get a clear signal within the week, so the person must place a trade?....

Stop loss or no stop loss, it does not matter. I am no stop loss traders too. Its occasionally that I do put stop loss. I know when to take my losses. But I do not recommend it o. Every body with their style as long risk control is taken care of.
Leverage is one way I usually control my risk now and position sizing. With low leverage, I am conditioned to less lots. I am moving to 1:10 leverage very soon.


Capital protection is the number one rule one must always have in mind in trading or investing

The second rule is never to forget the first rule.

When your capital is down the drain, you will not be able to trade again. Risk management can never be over discussed.

I strongly hope in the next contest, contestants will be more prudent with their risk management, In this contest, risk management matters as much as the profits. Most contestants are having DD too high even thou 20% is the benchmark. One will expect your DD not to go below 10% . It is contest but remember it is not like other regular contest where luck determines the winner. This is aimed at bringing the best in us and supporting us with some real funds to trade.
Great job we are all doing even to those that have been disqualified and I want to believe we will have a better and improve contest in April God willing.
Special mention to @Harizonal123 @Charly20 @piptocoin21 @akinnairaland, @skanas @copyjose for maintaining DD less than 10%
if you guys I mentioned wants for today, you can reach out to me to get some token for data after we finalize the top 3 for this second weekend by 2pm.

for me..
I don't like using stop loss when trading...
I use that 20percent loss as my own stoploss...
with my 0.1 lots size I need about 2000 pips to get. disqualified...
that's why I take my time to check all the boxes before I enter a trade... with Max of 500 pips target and min of 200 pips target .
one thing I've learnt so far from this contest is been able to know when to leave the market when in profit...

What are we trading?
I am trading gu and egbp..... Looking forward to 1.395/1396 and 0.868****.

I have pending sell at 1.3950 & buy at 0.8685. Target 1.3775 because I expect a continuation of the uptrend at 1.3755. 1.43*** is the goal thou.
All these are expectations and if price does something different, I will switch as well.

What are your own expectations?
