Hello, ive being having this issue for some time now, i have some php files am working on but whenever i connect the file to my external css file and try to style some div tags, it does not work but if i write the css at the head or use inline css in the php document it works fines

After sometime it will work on its own and sometimes it wont work, what could be the problem.

I need someone that will enable Geo Redirect on our worpdress website.
I have tried all means doing this myself by using different plugins and codes I found on the internet but I none of them ever got what I wanted right.

Here is the job:
I want this site (www.tinamagazine.com) to be able to redirect visitors visiting the homepage to any page of my choosing by country.

E.g if a user in Nigeria visits the homepage url (tinamagazine.com) I want them redirected to this page instead (tinamagazine.com/ng), and if visitors from Nigeria visit any other page on the site different the homepage I don't want them redirected I only want it to redirect visitors visiting the home page url.

Example of what I am talking is this WordPress website (Ghafla.com)
The site correctly redirects visitors from South Africa visiting the home page ghafla.com to ghafla.com/sa
It also redirects visitors from Nigeria visiting the home page url to Ghafla.com/ng etc.. For other countries.

Checkout the ghafla.com website to understand better what I am asking of you.
