Both of them are to be blamed especially the govt who have failed their own people. Even ASUU themselves have disappointed our students and nigerians as a whole by this kind of useless act they have commited. Instead of them to settle down and plan how they are going to move things forward, they are here wasting their precious time, chasing the students and the VC himself. It's now left for the students and the nigerian citizens to stand up and fight for their own right in this country.
