all travelers must provide PCR test. For returning residents, the ICA stuff is compulsory, for tourists, no. Before booking ur flight, check if u are allowed to return, if allowed, u need fill the arrival data form few days b4 return. This was the process, unless it changed recently.

check on nitp dot ncdc dot gov.ng, all approved labs in Lagos are there, shld be around 50k. there is 54gene amongst others
