My school resumes winter semester classes Jan 11th. With the way things are it not likely I meet classes. In addition to this, I cant apply for refund after Jan 22nd 2021. New student are not admitted in spring semester so I have to wait till Sept 2021.

Application date : Sept 30th
Medical passed: Nov 25
NSE letter requesting for IELTS : Nov 19th submitted same day.

Self sponsored N10.5m closing balance
Raised web form on 7th Dec with 12 months bank statement to prove banking history. I only submitted for 4 months initially.

There is computer based version, with open dates from 29th November till 29th December open and results will be out 3-5days. Check MOD Ielts website.

Just remember you're to write it latest 5th December, else the result won't come out till time will elapse. Have in mind that only paper based is available for now and it takes 13days for result to come out.

On the contrary, it’s not a bragging thing, it’s clearly states, the state of birth on their birth certificate. Their citizenships was not in anyway mentioned in the SOP, just states am leaving my kids and my Mum will be taking care of them and I attached birth certificate for all my family, I didn’t even attach their passport bio data page. Just my hubby, Mum and brothers bio data page. Or should I just remove birth certificate for them?

I also clearly stated as one of the reasons for choosing Canada was because of its safety when compared to other top international destinations for study, I went as far as quoting reference to the latest top safe countries in the world with their ranking.

On trying multiple times with US, don’t have any visa denial with US, he couldn’t have concluded as it isn’t stated on visa denial history section and they share database with US to confirm. I clearly stated Uk denial of years ago while I was in school.

US CITIZENS obviously states alot than you think, I want to guess you also stated their citizenship in your LOE,

if I am to think as a VO I would possibly also think you have a script you are trying to play out, with foreign countries, and I think that's where d VO got the term he used,

Questions I feel d VO may ask himself without answers

Script 1. Why did you not choose to study in US since your children are US citizens?
Cos obviously for you to birth two children in us simply means you have a flare for US.?

Script2 : why did it take you so long after their birth for you to apply to canada, so possibly you have tried multiple times with US and now wants to use canada as an option?

Script3 : why should he give you access to also be a national of canada at d long run while your children would obviously have 3 nationalities upon them joining you much later in canada ( they would b US by birth, Nigerian by hereditary, and Canadian by your claiming them much later)

it's not every details that should be declared when trying to convince a VO, let them feel more of pity for you, rather than feel you are trying to brag your way into their country.... apologies if I sounded hurtful but it's just my taught and this obviously my second post on this forum, I am more of a salient reader, hence my reply should merely show I care about the refusal and would be willing to assist in subsequent reapplication.

7 & 5 ( set of twins), 2 of the Kids are US citizens. But was stated there won’t be going, they all will be here with their dad and my mum.

What are the ages of your children?
It may be that they are underaged and the VO feels that you should be with them, subsequently they may feel that you will eventually request for them to come over likewise your husband. I think , or I would suggest that if you wish to reapply you do so with any underaged child. That may bring more credibility to your application.

What do I need to support my reapplication, SOP or LOE? Or both? What is the difference.

Please Lambton website show Ielts is required for international student. Can it be waved for Nigeria’s? Any one applied to Lambton past or present?

Please for clarification,

If going for a 2 yrs program do you have to have the whole 2 years funds available in your account plus cad$10,000 or just first year with $10,000.

Only u can determine that,
U av to be able to show that u av a one year living expenses of $10,000 CAD compulsorily

Then ur Tuition fee,

That will make u know the amount of money u need to av in ur account or ur sponsors account.

And if u are bin sponsored, even after showing the the availability of ur tuition fee and the one-year living expenses, there must be a substantial amount left in ur sponsors account so it won't look ur sponsor emptied his account just to send u to study overseas without having anything to fall back on for his business purpose or his other children(Most esp. If the sponsor is ur Dad or Mum and u av siblings or relative who has his/her business and kids)
