Xiadnat:
Please, tell me more about the pain. How it started? Gradual, sudden? the nature of pain- sharp? dull? What makes it worse or better? Any injuries? Any medical/health issues? What do you do for a living or for leisure? Any other symptoms you experience.

Your collection of symptoms are rather vague. I need more to go on.
@ Xiadnat, thanks for your reply. The pain started gradually when i stand for too long and when i walk for too long. Sometimes the pain will be sharp, sometimes it will be dull. What makes it worst is when i stand for too long or bend down to pick something, sometimes when i sit down without relaxing my back to the chair, so sometimes i support my back with a pillow. No injury at all. I don't have any medical/health issue. Currently studying. I'm a walkerholic ( i mean walking grin ), even though its obvious my stature don't really require me walking too much, but i really enjoying walking than driving or using public transport. Another symptoms i'm feeling pains at my waist left side inside, not outside, close to my Gastrointestinal. The pain suddenly switched from my back and waist pain right side. In addition, i recently used a local herbal sent to me from Nigeria for Jedi jedi ( Piles/ Hemorrhoids ) and after i went to toilet for 2 days after i use it but the pain relieved me for few days and started again. I've never had bowel problem and i don't have it now. I also feel the pain when i deliberately breath in deep just to know how it will be. Different local herbals from Nigeria has been recommended but i'm scared to get them and use so i've been making research, also thinking of seeing my doctor again.

Doctors in the house, i'm male 35 i've been having back pains mainly at my waist for the past 2 months now, i've visited my doctor who suggested that i should go and do a scan. I've done the Dexa scan but the result was there is nothing wrong. Some friends said it can be jedi jedi ( Piles/ Hemorrhoids ). The back / waist pains recently reduced but i'm now experiencing another pains at my Gastrointestinal. The pains increases when i walk too much. I've never had or treated for anyone before. Please advise! Thank you.

Is thiis a revenge??

French fighter jets have dropped 20 bombs on the Islamic State stronghold of Raqqa in northern Syria

French fighter jets have dropped 20 bombs on the Islamic State (IS) stronghold of Raqqa in northern Syria.

The planes hit a jihadi recruitment centre, training camp and arms depot run by the group, according to the French defence ministry.

The bombing raid was France's biggest to date in Syria, and was launched from air bases in United Arab Emirates and Jordan.

It follows Friday's terror attacks which left 132 people dead in the French capital.

IS fighters said they carried out the gun and bomb massacre on busy bars, restaurants and a music venue.

Sky's Sam Kiley, in northern Iraq, said the French airstrikes should not be seen as a "wanton act of revenge, but France saying we want to do all the strikes".

More follows...

Mathieu Flamini is renowned for the abundance of energy he gives to his Arsenal team on the pitch but for the past seven years he has been creating energy off the pitch... and hasn't told a soul.

Mathieu Flamini and his business partner created GF Biochemicals in 2008. Flamini has not told anyone about his energy company for years.

His company has become the first company on the planet to mass produce Levulinic Acid (LA), which is said to be able to replace oil in all its forms

Flamini has spent millions in research, trials, infrastructure and employee fees
But he believes: 'We are opening a new market... potentially worth £20bn'

I hope our Nigerian footballers showing off their flamboyant life can learn from this that, that is how vibrant a good football player should be, as you can't play football till 50 years old, neither can you play football till 60 years old. Look at Babayaro, e.t.c now.. #Flambouyant.

Mod pleaase let other young footballers see this to learn, thanks.

Yes, that's why I call our new Canadian prime minister a trainee PM since he is bringing in 25000 Syrian refugees into the country without adequate security checks before the end of the year. If the US/NATO had not invaded and created chaos in peaceful countries like Syria or Libya, would there be this refugee crisis?

PoliticsPro-biafra Agitation Protest Is Evil - Father Mbaka by dotcomnamename(op): 9:52pm On Nov 14, 2015
A Catholic Priest in Enugu, Ejike Mbaka, has condemned the recent agitation and protests for Biafra nation describing the action as ‘evil’.
Mr. Mbaka made the condemnation in Enugu on Saturday in a sermon at his weekly Adoration Ministry.

The cleric urged youths in the South-East and South-South to go back to their business as the protest could lead to their death.
“Locking up your shops and disrupting economic activities will not add any naira to your pocket, whatever grievance you have could be resolved through dialogue,’’ the cleric said.

He lambasted those leaders that were behind the agitation and protests, saying they should use their children for the struggle.
Mr. Mbaka commended President Muhammadu Buhari for appointing ministers from the zone and assigning them with good portfolios.
“President Buhari’s action has proven that the South East has not been marginalized. I would have reacted if no minister emerged from the zone,’’ he said.

He said the five states in the zone had minister each as prescribed by the Nigerian constitution as well as other key security and protocol officers serving under the president and his wife.

The reverend father attributed the recent free health screening initiative by the wife of the president, Mrs Aisha Buhari, in Enugu to her love for the people of the region.

He blamed Igbo leaders for not living up to the expectation of the people of the area, adding that past governors, National Assembly members failed woefully in discharging their mandates.

“President Buhari is not the cause of poor roads, unemployment and other decay infrastructures in the south east, we should blame our leaders.
“Most of the roads had been awarded but our leaders squandered the fund, even the university teaching hospital in Enugu is a no-go area and our leaders are not concerned about it,” he said.

Mr. Mbaka called on the new Minister of Labour and Employment, Chris Ngige, to use his office to employ youths in the zone, adding that it would stop what he called another Boko Haram in the south east if not curtailed.

He praised Buhari’s war against corruption, saying it had enthroned due process and sanity in governance.

The cleric, however, urged Nigerians to be patient with the president as he had good plans for the country.

Christmasdon:
,hey, friends, statistics or may be history is so vital when it comes to playing football. Now here are the three reasons why we (golden eaglet may not be able to win/won the trophy)

1. The malians are unbeaten in this competition. They have won 5 of their overall matches and drew one, while the eaglets won 5 and lost one. you see that the malians have high odds of beaten the eaglets.

2. Remember, the golden eaglets are the defending champions UAE 2013 ,so lifting the trophy back to back may as well witch haunt us, like that of the Uefa Champions league, no team club have lifted it back to back, you know what i mean,

3. The Golden eaglets and the Malian teams are two big rivals, remember when the pair met at the under17 African championship finale, they comfortably did beaten us hands down on a penalty shoot-out and hence won the Trophy. If care, is not taken such scenario may repeat itself.

4. This is the first time the Malians are getting their hands near a trophy on the international level, and they may not likely want to let it slip off their hands. Malians are very dangerous opponent, bring on any other team at this level, i would say yes, buh! Malians fear them.

5. The golden eaglets have won this trophy 4 times, the 4 trophies were mainly won on the ASIAN SOIL or continent, so, the golden eaglets have never won this competition outside Asia. So you see where the malians have their advantage over eaglets. So, with this stats you see that the malians will do better in this competition. So, as a Nigerian lets pray very well to make sure we beat the Malians, Meanwhile , defiling all odds of this stat. Thank you. Lets support the eaglets.

Besides the coach wan become the only 2nd Tottenham manager to have beaten Wenger more than once like Rednapp nauw, hence the dieing there kind of display we saw not forgetting that Tottenham remained the only unbeaten team in the last 11 EPL matches after their 1st game loss. However Arsenal was just unlucky today else Giroud would have been telling a different story of glory by now. But wait, is it not the same Man City that lost 4-1 to this very Tottenham that you are talking about?
