Fummiee: @dotcom, thanks for d response. But he gave us our passports back. Same thing happened 2 my senoir colleague but she said her husband mailed them after 10working days and they called them immediately and were eventually granted. But in her own case she's been 2 US twice to have her babies so I guess they were trying 2 confirm if she paid for delivery. While I was denied 2years ago. Pls wats ur take on this? Because d guy didn't even ask serious question + he didn't check any document. Thank you.

medical call - 28/09/2012 - date printed on my medical document (although status didnt change unitil oct 4th, 2012)- No other conditions attached.
medicals done - 09/10/2012
TRV pickup - 31/10/2012

So the whole process took me exactly like 4 months.

documents i turned in : Sister was sponsor ( same last name)

1) all the forms dated and signed, paasport photos, passport - both old and new ( include your old passport if you have travel history)
2) last six month payslips, statement of account, shares documents, letter form my sponsor stating she is my sister and her finiancial responsibilty
3) undergrad diploma, Waec result,undergraduate transcript, deans list awards certificates...
4) usask admission letter and scholarship offer letter
5) Police certificate of good character
6) My resume/CV with evidence of my previous job experience ( i did a bunch of internships during my undergrad, so i included offer letters and proof of my job experience)

Hope this helps. I didnt inlclude any home ties and i was actaully really worried about that - but thank God, he still did it. So new applicants if you have home ties , do not hesiatate to add.

Talking about the penalty goal, the infringement that led to the penalty was committed in the 93'+. The referee was only waiting for the ball to be cleared before blowing his whistle. It was Chelsea's supposed final attack, the ball was nodded to Ramires in d box, he shielded the ball while waiting for it to descend a lil bit before he pulls the trigger and then, he was hacked down. The penalty was converted in the 94th minute so, how was the Ref biased in all these? Do you mean he should have blown the whistle when Chelsea sent a long range ball into Man U's box? Which sane Ref does that? Moreover, Chelsea was supposed to be awarded a penalty before then when a Man U player handled Mata's shot with 2 hands in the penalty box. What about that?
