My Questions
1.do i need to attend the German Inst before i can get admission
2.how long is the program in the German Inst and please detail on the programs to be offered
3.what are are necessary documents i need to get an admission all in detail to uni assist and any other school directly for undergraduate studies(at least for those who have submitted what were the docs)
4.do i need to write a TOEFL exam to secure an admission
5.im 24 i hope that would not be a problem when i apply for a visa if i have all their requirements
6. please any other information i should know please warri go say dem no dey no finish

Anthonymighty: Its my personal savings account. I didn't use a sponsor. I don't have a fixed amount that enters it monthly. I work for my dad and most time i see big money from contracts and sometimes small. He doesn't officially pay me as a staff. I have no pay slip. Was that the problem why they used the word "subsistence" In that case how can i rectify the issue before i re-apply. Thanks.

justwise: Did you submit the source of those money? Used a sponsor?

Lets know the docs. you submitted with your application and how much was your account balance when you applied for the visa. These are the key pointers... VFS will normally tell you to keep the docs. that are not required for your application but lets know what you submitted.

belovekiss: Please i need an advice..i just give my passport to a guy he told me that he has been helping many people to obtain a visa to Uk...and he said, he charge 800k naira if the visa is out..and i am not working but i do have a sister who living in uk married with 3 children, she have uk indefinite leave also her 3 children are uk citizen..also her husband..but she is not working she is a house wife but her husband working.......she agree to pay the 800k naira to the agent who promise to provide me with all the necessary document that the embassy will need to cover me to get the uk visa..i just gave him my passport about 2 week ago..and he said, i will be going to summit my document next 2 week..i want someone to advice me if is possible for the agent to help me with those document..PLEASE I NEED ADVICE.

fittty: Uk schools do that. If u're not convienced then call the admission office. And mind you ask to know their refund policy before u make any deposit. Goodluck

Anthonymighty: Thank you for replying. I submitted the following documents

Flight Itinerary (which states i will fly on 14th of OCT but i submited my application on 5th october which happens to be a friday and went for my bio-metrics on 8th which is a Monday. I couldnt meet the date my flight itinerary as i was asked to wait 10 days for my application to be processed. Could this have been the reason?)

Hotel Reservation ( had same date problem as stated above, i was suppose to check in 15th on the hotel reservation confirmation i submitted.)

Valid Medical Insurance from AIICO

Statement of account; Savings and DOM (Naira and DOllars) Naira contains more than 2 million, 2.2 to be precised. and the Dom has almost 7000USD.

Certificate of Incorporation.

Letter of introduction from my DAD's company stating i am one of the Directors. and that i am going to france on tourism purpose.

Power of Attorney in respect of a landed property and a completed building

Those are the documents i submitted. What could have been the problem? Or is it because i have a 3 months single Entry Kenya visa which was issued on september 25th on my passport and have not gone? Kindly look into it for me please because i am planning to re-submit the application soon after i have corrected my mistakes.

PS. Are there any documents missing which i was suppose to add? or do i have to get evidence that i am going on tourism? this is my first time applying and the refusal stamp on my passport saddens my heart. Hence the reason why i must get the visa

I was recently denied visa to go to france on tourism purpose. Yesterday when i went to pickup my passport at VFS i was given a white paper where they marked 3 different reasons why i was denied but i am still confused because i submitted all authentic and necessary docs. Here are the reasons they gave me so one of you can please explain to me what it means and what i have to do to correct these mistakes because i am planning to re-apply next week.

REASONS ARE AS FOLLOW:

1) You have not provided proof of sufficient means of subsistence, for the duration of the intended stay or for the return of the country of origin or residence, or for the transit to a third country into which you are certain to be admitted, or you are not in a position to acquire such means lawfully. (dont know what this means. meanwhile i have a kenya tourist visa on my passport valid for 3 months but i have not gone.)

2) the information submitted regarding the justification for the purpose and conditions of the intended stay was not reliable

3) your intention to leave the territory of the member state before the expiry of the visa could not be ascertained.

Those are the 3 reasons. i really want to work on this reasons but i need to be sure what i am doing this time so i dont get refused for the 2nd time. I await your response my good people. thanks

Vicjustice: Pay-Slip is not a necessity if his bank account shows his incomes and their sources. It is not a requirement to provide Pay-slips: what is required is EVIDENCE OF INCOME of which Pay-Slip is one of the options. Bank Account details is an alternative option if it shows evidence of incomes, and a third option is manual Pay-Advise letter (a cover letter written by employer company detailing one's position and wages/salaries). Besides these, I do not have other information

After 14 days, the embassy did not get back to me, so i call and also e-mail them.

Here is their reply to mail concerning my application status:

"Your application was forwarded to the Norwegian Immigration to decide on your case.
You will contact you as soon as a decision is reached on your case."

chatmate: i want to apply to a college in ireland. i need advise they ask me to pay full tuition fees but about the sponsors.. i dont know if its like uk, where i will look for atleast minimum of 2m to put into an account from sponsors for 28days or am i going to submit sponsors documents of company, jobs then bank statement along with my bank statement.
pls obviously i need documents to submit with the admission letter and toefl . documents require by the embassy for study permit.. pls advise

I wanna apply for a Spanish tourist visa this month, but the application requirements state these as part of the requirements:

-Passport valid for at least six months after the intended date of travel and validity exceeding three months after your scheduled return + previous passport + two full blank pages to affix the visa.
-Copy of the identification page of the passport.
-Completed and signed visa applications forms (one in Spanish and one in English).
-Two colour photographs (not more than 1 month old) with white background), frontal view (3.5cm x 4.5cm). Photographs should not be stapled to the applications.
-Travel insurance covering all Schengen countries, with a minimum coverage of €30.000, for: A. - Medical treatment
B. - Emergency admission into hospital
C. - Repatriation
-Letter of invitation from the organisers if you are attending a conference, seminar, workshop or a sporting event.
-Introductory letter from your employer OR introductory letter from your company if you are self-employed.
-Pay slips for the past six months.
-Personal Statement of Account for the past six months OR that of your company, if you are being sponsored.

-Pre-paid hotel booking for the entire period of your stay.
-Flight reservations

I don't know how I can fulfil the payslip requirement, seeing I am self-employed and don't do any bookkeeping,with an HR or bookkeeper like its done in some countries. Please help me with this, if u have applied via the VFS for a spanish visa, cos I don't want to waste any money on application fees. Would just wait and go somewhere else by christmas, if that can't be met.

She was given 6 mths visa but stated in her application that she wished to stay 4 weeks. She came back to Nigeria after 6 mths [/b]just [b]before her visa expired. She would like to apply again this year.I am not sure if she should write in this year application that she stayed longer than stated in her last visit or just say that she came back after 4 weeks. there is no stamp in her passport with the date of return to Nigeria. PLEASE i NEED YOUR HELP!

I suspect you are making this up: Though i don't know much about Micro-finance in Nigeria, but i don't think such would be acceptable because, their documents may be difficult to verify: It might interest you to hear that many such micro-finance ripped up traders in Benin City when (all of a sudden they closed down). Their services can't be relied on neither can their documents be trusted
