APC can never win the great Kwankwaso in Kano

You talk as if Ganduje don't have supporters too.

While you and your likes have the right to support whoever or whichever party you like, you make it seem like Ganduje was trailing the PDP guy with 200k votes. Wake up! The difference before the rerun was less than 30k, it can easily be tipped. It's just a keen contest than can go either ways.

That a team is leading a game by 4-3 at the 85th minute doesn't mean it can't still lose the game and that its supporters should attack the referee if they lose.

Politics / Re: Ajimobi Congratulates PDP's Balogun On His Victory by DoTheNeedful: 5:36pm On Feb 25, 2019
Saraki's defeat came earlier but he is yet to congratulate the winner. There you see a proud man who thought he has a state in his pocket but the people decided otherwise. He is the most over-hyped politician in Nigeria who stood on the shoulders of his father to get to power and the use the incumbent power to subsequently create a structure for himself and betray his father in the process.

I dare say that this is his end. He will never regain it again and many of his followers will leave him because most of them are stomach politicians who can't survive 4 years outside of power.

Well done Ajimobi! This election would teach a lot of politicians in Nigeria lesson that no matter how much you rig, the people would somehow find a voice.

I laughed when some people said Buhari is not getting 25% in FCT. I knew it was a rumor all along. How is that possible?

The worst case for him is to lose to Atiku but he will still get more than 40%.

There are many first time voters and election observers on nairaland.

The type of rumor you peddle will always reflect the quality of your mind.

Good riddance although I dislike el-Rufai.

This hypocrite was among the pro-Saraki senators leaving their legislative duties to follow Saraki to CCB.

Many of them won under the shadow of PMB in 2015 only for them to get bought over by that over-hyped Saraki. The fact is that the forces that made Saraki the SP were PDP forces that hated PMB.

This hypocrite would later come online talking like a moralist and philosopher. undecided

Can he swear with Koran that Saraki is corruption-free?

Whatever.
Any Yoruba man who will vote for Buhari is indirectly defecating and be urinating on the grave of PA Awolowo.

Good people of SW are not stupid. If Buhari wins again, he will show Yoruba people his true colour.
Buhari has shown us his little colour by replacing Kemi Adeosun with a Northerner instead of fellow Yoruba. Does it mean that nobody is qualified in Yoruba land to replace her like Good luck Jonathan removed Igbo ministers and replaced them with fellow Igbos?.. If Buhari wins again, Yoruba will taste the wrath of Buhari... Mark my words.. Buhari is not a nationalist like Yaradua, Babangida or Atiku. Buhari is an ethnic bigot, to him ethnic and tribal interest supersedes the national interest instead of the other way round.
May curse never depart from anybody from SW supporting Buhari... Awolowo is gnashing his teeth in the grave seeing some misguided elements from SW worshiping Buhari.
My people, our mumu don do.
It's a pity.
Buhari again?.. Olorun maje!

You mean the same Awolowo you and your cohorts mock here and call all sorts of name?

Please election is by choice. That is the problem with most of you from the Eastern part. We don't have to think the same way or vote for the same person. Live and let live. Vote for your Atiku and let others vote for who they want.

Don't come here to blackmail others who decide not to toe your line.

You must be funny to think Saraki has strong influence in Kogi. The big man in Kogi was Abubakar Audu before his death. Idris Wada is also strong. None of them were/are loyal to him. The loyality/friendship Dino has with him has nothing to do with him helping his campaign.
Politics / Re: Muslim-Muslim ticket: I am proud of my role in stopping Tinubu –Saraki by DoTheNeedful: 6:39am On Feb 12, 2019
Liar!

Buhari had contested three times before 2015, he never for once chose a Muslim as his running mate. I wonder how that would have changed in 2015.

Saraki has an inflated sense of self. How much did his Kwara contribute in 2015 sef undecided? Just less than 600k votes. If those votes were deducted, APC would still have won. How much did he contribute? 200M according to him undecided If that is deducted, the campaign wouldn't have gone broke either. undecided

My Observations

1. The woman is lazy and she is a liar. She claims to be a graduate of York University yet her English is very watery. They should deport
her;she is a disgrace.

2. The White guy who interviewed her is a terrible racist. He couldn't hide his hatred from Africans.

3. It's not only Africans that beg. I was shocked when I saw a White lady with two children begging for alms in front of a Walmart store
somewhere in the US. Up till that day, I never knew a White could beg to eat in a country like America.

I feel ashamed of this lazy and greedy woman though. I wish like tearing her better slap. undecided

Sometimes, I feel those surrounding the president want him to fail.

This is a very wrong time for the government to be pursuing corruption case against the CJN especially for a government that is being accused of tribalism, nepotism and favoritism. We are barely a month to the election.

Since this government came on board, no Northerner in the government has been prosecuted yet they find it easy to charge the CJN.

I know Akpabio and other APC leader in the SS would not be happy with this. The president is not helping their political careers with this. The government has given PDP the power to de-market them in that region. embarassed

Aremson14:
Good day everyone. I am a final yr biochemistry student. And i have been wondering what to do after school. Ive always dreamt of studying medicine but the situation here in Nigeria has discouraged me(due to how difficult it is to get the admission even after scoring good enough scores in Jamb and p.utme).

I'm speculating if i should take a direct entry form or i shld just head for my masters as soon as im done. Im quite young so i think if i go for my masters and phd as soon as im done i shall be a phd holder by 26 provided everything goes as planned. But then there is this medicine i also love.

Your advice would be appreciated especially those that have been in this situation before and have already passed through this, any regrets.

If you are passionate about Medicine, please go for it.

Some years ago, a friend of mine with a 2:1 degree in Microbiology went back to study Medicine at the age of 25. He joined at 200 level.

Some of our peers mocked his decision then but the guy was determined. Many of us went about writing aptitude test and getting interviewed in places like KPMG, Nestle, Chevron,Cadbury and other fancy multinationals. Almost none of us got those jobs. While we were writing the tests, going for those interviews and hoping to be millionaires before our friend becomes a doctor, the guy was making steady progress in his studies.

Some other peeps went on to do masters and doctorate also. However, by the time they concluded their PhD, our friend had became a doctor and he got employed almost immediately while the ones with PhDs are looking for lecturing jobs up and down. He didn't have to serve because he did that before he went to Medical School.

Today, our friend seem to be more fulfilled than many others because he followed his passion and he is well rewarded for it.

You should know that medical doctors are better rewarded than PhD holders in most climes. If you happen to be my brother I would advise you to go to medical school if you have passion for medicine. However, if you must go for a PhD, please don't do it in Nigeria.

Her sisters are on the heavy side, a true sign they don’t take physical fitness serious. After a kid or two Alex will join their lifestyle. I can’t picture her at 44 years of age performing knee crunching dance moves.
