I believe the structure of NYSC is that a batch will replace another batch as 15 A passed out they were replaced by 16 A,so all things being equal we are going to replace 15 B when they passed out by October,before they start making plans for our batch at all 16 A stream2 will be done with their camping activities first,good evening all
