A true test of competency is not graded on just writing essays. Character checks, tenancity, ability to be able to make mistakes and develop are key areas. The weighted average of these with communication skills and appearance is what should form the basis of hiring people.

To not consider other skills and see this as a learning opportunity for the interns is like someone who has a huge ego issue and definitely should not be managing people.

He should pull up his evaluation file from when he was an officer/Analyst and let's see how good he was and never made a mistake. Mtswwwheeewww

1. She came to visit me on a friendly note.
2. 30 minutes later,she was on a call with someone on the phone and I heard her describing how the person will locate my house
3. 1 hour later,a call came in and she ask the person to wait outside that she is coming.
4. She went to pick the person while I was waiting to see who the person is.
