These guys talk too much. The main problem here is the judiciary and not the landlords. How do you expect the landlords to start collecting rent monthly when it will take the judiciary almost 2 years to settle a case between tenants and landlords?

Then the court also gives the tenant 3 months notice (WTF?)

For you to tell landlords to collect monthly rents, have courts that are ready to settle disputes as regards to rent defaults within days and the maximum notice for eviction should be 30 days.

If not, let financial houses be ready to invest. Financial institutions can pay rent to landlords yearly and the tenants will pay the institution monthly and they get to make interest. Like if your rent is 110k yearly, the bulk is paid off and the tenant pays 10k monthly, they get to make 10 profit and everyone is happy.

There is alsp the issue woth businessmen. Monthly rent is more convinient for people who earn a monthly salary and is sure that money will come at the end of each month but to a shop/store owner, a farmer who depends on sales or a contractor who might not get money monthly, it is hell. There has to be middle men to make it easier

Stones used on clothes varies. Depending on what your budget is that will determine the quality of stones to be use. However , 85k is way too much for a jacket. The worst the fabric will cost 15k from the market, sewing should be 12000 , and amount of stones that would be purchase can not be morethan 5k. So where 85k come from?

If it means after having a toilet break, the snails are properly cleaned and not just wearing the same pant, without panty liners....... etc etc etc

If a person suffers mouth odour, carrying a Toothbrush and toothpaste and opening mouth for air (regularly), would not be a bad idea.....

It's ideal to have a shower at least 2/3 times a day. Would you advice them to wear the same pant, after each shower period?

What obvious truth? Is cos she typing from d comfort of her room or wherever? Does she even think or know that everyday life doesn't afford peep same opportunity? I mean some ladies are out there in the hussling field- leaving home very early and returning late. Oh she wants those hawking in traffic from sunrise to sunset to carry extra undies and wen it noon, go and change it? Does this sound logical? Her post might be 60 percent OK...definitely it can be possible for all ladies to comply with.

women take a cue from their men to know how to behave. if a woman is with a strong disciplined man she will tow the line of discipline. if she is with an undisciplined man is when she will not submit. you think general idiagbons wife was not submissive to him ? very disciplined man and serious minded. listen if your wife is not submissive you need to look in the mirror. women want strong disciplined GODLY men. and in the absence of such will they go out of line.
