This is a continuation of what I have earlier posted. I have 114,000 to collect from my landlord being a balance of my annual house rent I paid in which I spent four months. We had an agreement that he will pay me my balance when am ready. Now, he removed 17,000 from my money claiming that he is the agency fee. I have already paid agency and commission fee for 2 years when I newly packed in, I have stayed 3yrs there. Is it right for him to remove the money from my balance because I believe the agent is working for the landlord and not me. please I need advice.
