Who is an Osu In the dark ages before the advent of Christianity. When the gods reign supreme. If I did not spend quality time in Orlu during December 2011, I would have given a considerable thought to the idea of relocation from Owerri to Orlu after reading the crap you posted about Orlu and Water Corporation. The last time I checked though, Owerri is not in the same league with Orlu.

When I visited Orlu, a mechanic workshop caught fire and it was allowed to born completely because of lack water and fire service yet Orlu is municipality with functional Water Corporation. I guess there is also a Water Corporation Football Club of Orlu.
