Now in the world we live in, women are trusted and men distrusted. As a man you are already guilty until proven innocent while reverse is the case for women. We live in an era of rape and sexual assault hysteria where men are suspected as potential rapist. My friend being muscular and taller narrated his encounter . One day when reading he went out of class to cool down his head , immediately he girl saw him she ran away and kept looking back. Another incident was when he want going home from school around 6pm the place was bright but eventually he and her were the only ones on the road, he was wearing earpiece and listening to songs when he saw her running away like 10km/hr. He didn't do anything and he was not even aware of the ladies until they start running away thinking he is a rapist or serial killer. Unfortunately that's the world we live in now . |
A criminal attorney /lawyer specializing in civil rights once said: “I always prefer to represent a female client; the system is clearly biased in her favor.” Women are believed when they say they are innocent of violence and most easily doubted when they say they are guilty of violence. This is what i called the Female are wonderful fallacy because of the tendency to see women as more credible than men because of being thought more innocent. However, even when women admitted making false allegations that they were raped or that their husbands abused them, for example, their admission that they lied was often not believed. Therefore the belief in the innocent woman ran even deeper than the tendency to believe women. . |
People basically look at women as incapable of committing some of the crimes they are charged with. They therefore try to find rationales as to why the woman wasn’t really involved. I saw a thread on nairaland where a female was caught stealing, and her pics was released online. I was the way many were saying the girl should be released, some were rationalising her actions. |
Feminism has become gender politics that involves one-party
system. |
Approximately 1,900 women commit homicide in the United States
each year.
When women commit homicide, almost 90 percent of their victims
are men. |
In crime when Men Are in Charge, Men Do More Time;
When Women Are in Charge, Men Do More Time . .

BLOODYSPERM:Yea this topic is contentious . Since she works let her also invest in the relationship, it is suppose to be symbiotic not parasitic. Yes it is possible provided that it is not only money that is your source of dominance. if only money is what you use as a form of dominance then once she has money more than you it becomes a problem. Remember hypergamy is not just about money. Hypergamy can be being better than her in other aspects. As @amerix said, there are 3 F’s of dating. - Fossil. - Be older. - Fortunes. - Be wealthier. - Fitness. Be fitter. Better than her not just financially.

BLOODYSPERM:Good question |
When a man and woman jointly commit a crime, but the man is “in charge,” the woman gets a much shorter sentence or no sentence because she is said to bebrainwashed, powerless, and an unwilling follower. When a woman is in charge and a man works for her, does his claim to be brainwashed carry any weight? In the McMartin Preschool case, Peggy McMartin was the school’s director and had hired her 19-year-old grandson—a college dropout.13 After working for five years under his grandmother’s direction, he and his grandmother were both indicted on fifty-two counts of child molestation. His grandmother’s bail was one third of his14 and he spent nearly five years in jail before the jury finally ruled that the two were not guilty. She—the director—spent less than two years in jail. |
Feminism say women were seen as properties and were treated unfairly. In 1800s, when a woman committed a crime in the United States in the , it was her husband who served time. Similarly, under English law, when a family went into debt, it was the husband who went to debtor’s prison. When it comes to male-female issues, men’s unconscious lawmaking was programmed to protect women. Laws were almost always made by men, but not for men. |
Why men need to also be protected Our desire to give special protection to working women who are of childbearing years seems especially understandable. Geneticists are now finding, though, that exposing men of child-creating years to chemical toxins might hurt the children just as much. Why? All the eggs a woman has are present and whole before birth. But to create sperm, cells have to divide. And it is when the cells are dividing and their borders are newly forming that they are especially vulnerable to toxins and therefore to genetic damage. A safe sperm gathers no defects. The causes of 60 to 80 percent of birth defects are still not known; scientists have discovered approximately 30 of an estimated 900 chemicals that are toxic to human development. When we consider that it is men who are primarily exposed to toxic chemicals, we get a sense of the degree to which caring for our children’s safety also means caring for men’s safety. Elmo Zumwalt, Jr., was just the tip of the iceberg. Radiation and chemicals(esp in industry) affects sperms. But most of these studies are not well publicised . Those affecting pregnant women and in general women' s health are being publicized. There is women's health programs, courses and initiatives but no men's health. |
From myth of male power: What can we do to stop violence against both sexes? We can start by decreasing the expectation on men to be our killers and protectors—from our personal bodyguards to our nation’s bodyguards. And we can stop electing legislators who feel they must protect women and forget men. The process starts with remembering that legislators cannot hear what we do not say |
Although men are more likely than women to be victims of all violent crime except rape, as of 2013, the Violence against Women Act provides $659 million per year for the next five years to make violence against women a hate crime and a violation of women’s civil rights, but not violence against men a hate crime and an act against men’s civil rights. |
These studies typically found that women acknowledge they are more likely than men to initiate, and that men and women hurt each other about equally at every level of violence. Men, though, are far less likely to call the police, and far more likely to attribute their injuries to a sport accident. And no one can hear what men don’t say. Thus our image of men as the perpetrators remains the same. |
In the average person’s mind domestic violence still means violence against women. Yet as of 2013, a bibliography of 341 scholarly investigations (with an aggregate sample size of almost a half-million), finds that both sexes are about equally violent toward their love partners. Most of these studies were conducted by female academics who were originally skeptical that women are equally violent in domestic situations. |
Even though I am one of the major critic of feminism on nairaland. I admit that there are reasonable issues raised by feminist such as cases of rape and domestic violence etc However ,what I have problem is the double standards and use of kangaroo justice |
I read Dr. Miles Monroe book on understanding a man The man is kinda red pilled The man was talking about masculinity crisis and how we men have lost it My grandfather told me he left his village at 19years To go to the city to find greener pastures Today a man of 30 is in his parents house Eating their food. Asking for pocket money Now we have mummy's boy Women are getting empowered while men de-empowered Now a man can't boldly say he is the head of the family . When his wife may be earning close to him This is a paradigm shift that took we men unaware In the past , the fact u are a man u deserve respect Men are protectors Today there are female soldiers, police,Female doctors ,male nurses etc. What use to be a masculine sphere is no longer so. |
U can't negotiate genuine desire with a woman. If she likes u, she won't make rules for u But rather she will break rules for u. # The unplugged Alpha |
Medical research has concentrated a lot on women .However it neglected the following seventeen areas of men’s health that is not being adequately remedied by anyone: *A men’s birth control pill *Suicide *Posttraumatic stress syndrome *Circumcision as a possible trauma-producing experience *The male midlife crisis *Dyslexia *The causes of male violence *Criminal recidivism * Homelessness *Steroid abuse *Color blindness *Testicular cancer *Prostate cancer *Hearing loss over age 30 *Sexual impotence *Nonspecific urethritis *Epididymitis (a disease of the tubes that transmit sperm) *Klinefelter’s disease, ALD, and other male-only inherited diseases |
A similar connection has been found in mice. Despite these
findings, the shortage of research funds has not allowed scientists to explore
whether prostate cancer is caused by vasectomies or by something correlated
with the vasectomy (e.g., testosterone level).
Similarly, testicular cancer is one of the most common cancers in men 15 to
34. |
From prostate cancer research we know that a man with a vasectomy might be
four times more likely to have prostate cancer than a man without a
vasectomy. |
Let's continue shall we... Medical research has been the single biggest contributor to women’s life span increasing almost 50 percent since 1920. Medical research was responsible for a female pill (but no male pill), fewer female deaths in childbirth, and research on female diseases . Breast cancer receive over 600 percent more funding than prostate cancer despite men being almost as likely to die from prostate cancer and women breast cancer. |

Compare both works from above. Who do you think will be paid more? It is because men take more risk hence more pay. In security job , women almost always never do night shift . How do you expect them to be paid more than her male counterparts. |

In more recent years, the 3 Iron Ladies—Indira Gandhi, Golda Meir, and Cold hearted Margaret Thatcher—have all sent men to their deaths at rates not dissimilar to those of the average male leader, and in wars as wasteful to male life asThatcher’s involvement in the Falkland Islands War. What has remained consistent throughout history is that whether or not the leaders were female or male, almost 100 percent of the troops they sacrificed in battle were male. Men are always the at receiving end. Equality was at the top—not at the bottom. |
Both men and women use violence Throughout history, women in power have used a rationale similar to men’s to send men to death with similar frequency and in similar numbers. For example, the alcoholic drink Bloody Mary was named after Mary Tudor (Queen Mary I) a very wicked queen, who burned 300 men at the stake; When Elizabeth I, ascended to the throne , she mercilessly raped, burned, and pillaged Ireland{ at a time when Ireland was called the Isle of Saints and Scholars.} During the time of roman empire, When a Roman king died, his widowed wife sent 80,000 men to their deaths. |
TheUndercover:You got it. Men are polygynous Women are hypergamous It is also worthy of note that, Polyandry is specific word use for woman marrying more than one man as in india. |
