Abagworo: And here's the video of the PDP Rivers election in which G. U. Ake was elected. We also need to see the video of where Obuah contested.The problem is that the evidence act unnecessary for this case does not accept the use of video evidence. The documents unnecessary to prove that G. U. Ake was elected were not signed by the returning officer. As such he was not able to present documentary evidence which was presented by his opponent. The RO who G U Ake claimed conducted his election said he was not the winner but that the election was won by the other party. I think that is the reason why the arguments against the judgement have not been presented with legal backing. It might be good also to study the judgment for better understanding. 1 Like |
