A letter from the hospital stating same should fly easily and the reciepts of payment for embryo preservation apply for a b2 strictly if they refuse there are fantastic centres with good ivf success rates in naija but i dont think they are that evil...

Use a reputable hospital in case u need help in d future,avoid gbo gbo ero.
For me the first hospital i used was great 4 yrs after they have all my records vs henricos that have refused to give me itemized bill,wont pick my call or reply emails etc
I also hear altanta and chicago have some bery decent hospitals bottom line go for a med to top notch hospital.

So if ur going to spend about 5m you should have at least double that cos the trip should not mean u will go broke ......though most people build their accounts to have much more by.......

Truth is if it were usa embassy before you can explain all these and then it depends on if the vo is sympathetic.

But these days them dey craze well well,they have sent people for pregnancy test, they have denied people with a usa travel history of over 10 years who never had kids in usa.

The issues you may have are
1) violating your visa rules but if u can explain these complication trust me it must be a life or death complication like you had a cardiac arrest a d got resurcitated or your membrane ruptured while at walmart and they called an ambulance not hypertension or diabetes .

2) the VO will then expect a bill of @1500 neonatal per day till discharge at 34/36 weeks thats 1500 x 7 days for 7 weeks.
Your bill should be like 100-200k dollars.

3) the hospital wrote this off trust me the vo wont have expected you to sort it out but they will expect u paid at least half of that $30-50k or expect to see a payment plan u have been following

4) the worst thing on your profile is the insurance which i donno should have been in nigeria, also you can take a health insurance in the usa but for a foreigner it comes active after 1 year ,to them you cut corners and then what was your premium.

5) u ended up with an insurance suspected you wont be able to pay took an insurance and the hospital had to weite off your bill thats the summary

It doesn’t look good ,i appreciate your honesty but you never know pray hard and hope but if i was ur sister i will say ,dont apply just wait till trump leaves office n try your luck.

No one has come here to say it so i will help them inthe last one month they give most people life ban not visa denial life ban. Try canada or brazil and let usa rest for now.
You may be lucky and get it but the odds are not in your favour.

So finally got the financial counsellors no.
She said the following
1) they dont have an itemized bill, becaus ei gave birth 2 yrs ago they cant trace my records beyond my initial deposit.
2) i saw computer print out of my payments where it was stated. Under discounts allowances(insurance discounts $4700)
3) i begged for a compregensive new bill that would just state it as discount ,they refused and said they cant change their billing form because of me.
4) now i have one bill with $10,000 discount and another stating insurance discount
5) i have spoken to dr fz have his details told him m a dr so we really got along back then
He himself is helpless
6) a word is enough for the wise ,i even showed her the first email i sent the hospital where i asked if they give discounts and they replied me saying mo then they turn round to list insurance discount
7) mothers there now jenely pay the uninsured bill on $12000 to hospital them pay dr,pead and NAPA and thank me later or take d old bill that will put u in a mad fix.
Right now i dont even know the way out or what to do henricos is not helpful or sympathetic they are not ready to help at all in any way. I just tire for their matter

Also ve gone online ve not seen these hospitals we used charged for insurance fraud which is d normal practice cos there are strict rules about who qualifies for medicaid.

We need more clarity but then how do we get it!!!

Also remember that monthly some staff are paid wherher they work or not so this may just be a way of breaking even not that its a fraud thats what ve thought also insurance companies decapitate we dont,most pple there pay monthly we pay bulk cash these are factors to consider!!

2) take no discount or payment adjustment
3)make sure your bill is an average of what is
quoted for an insured patient
Hope dey know 10,000 dollar bill in 2014 was 1.55m and is now 3.6m
