Good afternoon,
This is both a complaint and a warning
Had baby @ Henricos richmond been calling financial counsellor everyday for the past 21 days and sent 14 emails ,to help me with a letter saying i dint use medicaid or insurance no responce left messages and contact of my sil in usa no reply.

Called sheridan they promised to send a letter

Called NAPA they said they cannot help

Called the lab they use they said they cannot help

Its really scary i cant make any contact with henricos ve called fithugh he sent his and fc number who is incommunicado called hospital same thing.

If you can honestly avoid henricos i think you should the hospital i had baby no 1 responded with all i need in 24 hrs now am stuck.

How do i defend my bill......

You may not agree but avoid them if you can

Pls if there is any mother in virginia that has an appointment with fitzhugh and can help me stop by the financial counsellor i will be grateful

Thank you

Pls apart from the 221g have you been refused before ,cos the 221g is not a refusal or maybe it best for pple to apply after concluding with USA so everything is clear.

Meanwhile i think they have also adopted the delay style knowing canada is a last resort ,cos for pips that applied in feb havent heard of anyone thats gotten their documents back

God will help us na dem buhari dey make us run up and down like thief.

My sister i am pulling ur ears now
Go for holiday and come back now before u concieve.
Then after coming back apply for a birthing visa with a bill of 10/12k and sail smoothly.
Change of intent = cancelled visa
Holiday visa ised for birthing = no visa renewal
Failure to use visa will only be valid if u have a healthy travel history if not use it jeje

@ omobendel did the agent really declare others
I think she should share a copy of her form with u or just wise

Cos if agent said others then filled 2 weeks as travel and u get there and say its for birthing it means......its a lie

So its difficult to really say am just using experience from usa and not canadian eye to judge

You kinda need the whole story to advice her
,also going without your son may help also

@ temi But at this time be gentle on yourself everyone makes mistakes, try to share ur info with omobendel and justwise they maybe able to help.

Pele

Again it may help to say an agent filled but am not sure if its like usa where you should declare if an agent did ,but if you were supposed to and you dint you cant now say an agent did

Bottom line share the whole story with just wise and omobendel.

Yes o it was paper application its 4 wks already...i don tire o

@ temi
Well i was going to tell you the appear in person interview sounded like trouble to me.
1) Most agents are dumb and cant reason well cos those forms ask the same question multiple times in multiple ways and alot of them use naija sence always fill ur self and walk in the mind of a VO

2) You can actually book an hotel yourself on booking.com and a flight on qatar.

3) If i will advice you, appeal using ur same old story assuming u have a copy of the form you submitted, changung ur story will only hurt you more, limit the denial to yourself exclude hubby, they are unlikely to give the visa but then you have a basis for subsequent appeals

4)pls everyone learn this UK,USA and Canada share information to each other about visa applications most people dont know this!
They usually only check when a case looks funny and that may be why they said u were denied.

5) Canada is the only embassy i know that fo all kinds of stuff like calling ur host, cross checking bank details, sending a rep to your place of work etc

6) I also think this canada application may hurt ur USA visa, to them you got an interview with usa ubecause you dint pay your bills you ran to get canada visa and then lied to canada it was for birthing ,until they called you for interview you lied ,your visa application with usa had hitches ,you got banned and now ur running back to the usa for an interview by the time you show up for ur 221g usa knows canada banned you,
you may want to skip the usa one and try and ruggle it out with canada then turn up for a USA visa in the future when the VO’s become sane ,
in btw a this drama try visiting the uk and coming back to convince them ur not running away,my 50kobo or you can risk it all and compromise future travels.
Immigration lawyer cannot help ur hubby aint there,ur kid aint there, u dont qualify for PR ,you wanna fight an embassy for refusing u to give birth in their country after”lying” to them ,my dear the lawyer will eat ur money, canadians are more ruthless than USA o,you will seem like a joke to them.

Alot of people lie about intent so dont feel bad its just that you got caught but dont loose hope God can do all things with your appeal.

7) Lets all be careful the day i applied i saw at least 15 -20 heavily pregnant women so the VO’s know......

While in corona in pry 4 i scored 480 in common enterance in pry 5 i scored 565
My sibling had 7 As in ssce but now corona is a mess,it all about cash and the closest to me is gbagada.

Nenye2015:
Brief history
Got a medical visa in 2016 for childbirth, I had paid a hospital bill of $1250 prior to my interview and we were granted visas. Had another baby nov 2017 with the same visa but called the embassy to inform them and they said it was ok.
Applied for Dropbox but was called for follow up interview and asked to bring itemized bill.
Our interview was on the 4th of March, Abuja.
The VO after going through the itemized bill said we were given 90% discount and such discounts are only reserved for their low income earners and totally not acceptable for foreigners.
She placed us on administrative processing and asked us to go pay the outstanding bill and send the receipts back with our passports via dhl. The hospital is saying my account is closed and we can’t make payment. To be honest, going with the itemized bill they sent I had a total bill of almost $30,000 for both births but was asked to pay only $2500, the discount is huge, who pays the outstanding? We are ready to pay it but they are not giving us that option. Who has been in this situation and how was it resolved?

I think you can get a letter from the hospital saying ur account has been closed because u have finished paying and that no medicaid or govt fund was used also they should say the discount applies to both indigines and foreigners.

If they can state all this clearly ,add prayers and you should be good even if they refuse it and u reapply u have a basis to say look i was going to pay and hospital refused so who do i pay to ?what do i do ?but by Gods grace the letter will solve the problem.

grin the way Nigerians lie ehn
E reach to khill sumbordy
Lemme pick some loopholes
1) @ 6 months the baby is like 24-28weeks so u nursed a baby from 24weeks in NICU till discharge and could pay your bills ......your husband must be a politician you dont need our advice @ 1000-1500 nicu per day .
2) were you planning to change intent after entering the USA and then you send a message complications arose abeg which complications o preeclampsia/eclampsia,hypertension abi preterm labour.
3) You got 5 months off work just like dat sowi i forgot u own ur own business
4) pls dont waste our time or insult our intelligence ok we try to be REAL on this platform
Its people like you that make it impossible to get real gist after the VO is done with you ,the next person they interview will innocently get blue paper from a backdrop of their anger with you.
Dont worry even if you cant convince we untrained VOs the real VO’s will be convinced.
5) finally the God of suddenly has gone ahead of you dont worry do drop box they will renew without interview.

Good morning,
My question is simple
Why dont we have ratings for primary schools in Nigeria based on performance.
I am searching for a school for my kids and i noticed anytime i ask people always just list the most expensive as the best.

Pls i need a school in yaba/surulere with core academic values and other things can follow am not keen on ballet and co to me they are secondary.

The names ve heard of are blooming greens, pampers, oakwood, womens association university of lagos ,redeemers, mbari mbayo

Pls dont say st saviors i cannot afford it.

I really want to know which one is really academically and morally sound

I wish loyola jesuit would tell us the schools in lagos and hiw their kids perform @ their enterance exam.

Bottom line help me pick a school.

Thank you. I just put others and others in the reason for travel. But the embassy is not Nigeria sha. It is well. I feel they just want to see if I paid all my bills because I stated my first child is US citizen and I also attached birth certificate too. Anyway, I go show appearance. Will update you guys if there is anything. Also, they requested only for one document which is receipt of my last birth in the state.
[/quote]

I advice you go over prepared and not need the documents than go without the documents and be asked just saying so cos of how US embassy is these days they have all ur records from dropbox and still ask for more documents randomly

Women going to give birth should be careful of Oakbend Medical Center, Texas. They would give you a bill then after you have left, they would file to government that you owe them and collect the money from Government. if you go for a visa for your kids or hubby, it would be stated that you owe medical bills in Texas and they wont be granted visa. True experiences from women who gave birth in Oakbend Medical Center.

So why should oakbend pour sand in garri of ther people that used honest hospitals
Sad sad
Also sounds like VO’s like relatively unknown hospitals lol

Ulio:

are you still in Virginia? i ll suggest meeting the financial counsellor in person and trash things out...the itemized bills should have the actual amounts paid without discount since the letter of indebtedness doesnt cover anymore.. but no they insist it cant be done...I don call tire...eventually 1 day it will be sorted out.
Missionary journey was about 2 yrs ago only dr fz replied ,tricia,NAPA and sheridan are mute,i wish i can even get a letter stating it is a law in virginia.
Wow so they refuse to give new bills that dont show discount thats bad o cos on d bill it states it as “insurance deductions and discounts”
If they dont give a new bill thats one chance how do u explain $10000 discount lol

Dr FZ should be able to talk to them now
Pls mums in virginia explain our plight remember after u come back u join the virginia mums gang o

This divine grace is the thing who do we know has renewed with a bill of less than 10k only saw one lady ejiro on d grp she applied for holiday was not preggie and they gave her.
Travel / Re: Give Birth In USA: Cost And Procedures Part 6 by drafrican: 9:28am On Mar 03, 2019
But whats the solution......the best way out if ur bill was less than 10k
Somehow this grp is not like before people were more eager to share info
I’ve heard pple have gone ahead to pay 6k on 5 k bills but no one has come forward to say if they were able to renew after.
Has anyone renewed without 221g interview
Has anyone with a bill of less than 10k succesfully renewed
Has anyone reapplied after d initial refusal and then gone on to get the visa
Is abuja milder than lagos
Etc
The info here is too sparse

I am a bit curious. I am wondering whether those that are now being rejected didn't show their budget sheets. At least the budget sheets would have shown they would pay less than 10k. Or did our mamas go there with high bills and change later? Really, I can't phantom these issues with less than 10k.
My sister the thing tire me o
