The free memory of phone is 208 MB while 51MB is in use. The size of memorycard is 4GB which is d one it came wit while 528MB is free of it.
What will i do for it to stop hanging.

Can updating d firmware be of help. The current firmware is 031.023.

Engineers in the house, my friends Nokia E52 has refused to power on. It only vibrates when u press d power key but won't come on. He only charged the battery with a desktop and replaced it, that's all. Please what could possibly be the cause of this problem?

my 9700′s trackpad has started acting up lately. it started to register one click as 3 to 4 clicks sometimes. this starts to make the phone go haywire, opening up menus, apps or trying to send emails depending what icon it was hovering over. sometimes it wont do it, sometimes it will. its almost like its got a mind of its own.

im wondering if the trackpad itself is just damaged from repeated use. sometimes, it feels like it has a soft click or doesnt click at all. has anyone else experienced a trackpad that does this? its not wobbly or anything, just start repeated presses on its own ans start opening different applications. has anyone experienced this?

@moderator. I downloaded and installed the latest version of phoenix service suite 2010.12.011.42838 but i can use it to update my nokia e71. the phone is well connected and detected but still gives errors which are shown in the images below. thanks in advance for your help.

Here's d solution

1. av u gotten your data package??
2. If d no 1 ansa is yes then install it, don't change d installation directory or if your downloaded data package is in chunk like d 1 from bt users, den copy all d files 2 dis directory: c:\program files\nokia\phoenix\products\rm-Bleep

Done

NB: press *#0000# to view your rm and replace d Bleep with it e.g RM-346 and u're 2 cr8 d rm-Bleep folder by your self

pls my phone is Nokia E51 any time i switch to 3g service (UMTS) and start browsing with it, in a few seconds my phone will start to hot and within some minutes it will say battery low.

but the phone function normally if the network is not 3g i.e G.S.M network(GSM)
pls help.
