So it's quite unfortunate that you had some issues to settle which prevented you but you should have contacted mikky and negotiated a way to settle it buy apologizing for your inability to meet up with the payment and giving him permission to sell the item but you didn't. I don't blame mikky for not selling off the item because if he had done that then you may also come here crying blue murder if you were able to come up with the payment and he had also sold it off.

I actually find it a bit disturbing the way you're handling the issue because all mikky did was a favour, He didn't see you as someone who will not pay and he went ahead on your behalf, yet you turn around blaming him for this. and do you expect him to do this for others in the future without being worried?
