The guy is a serious con artist . I believe he has a kind of protection and has top North back ups in Gtb because several complaints have been made that I was aware of then.Why is it difficult to get him? Even seun knows much about his operand here but why can't he block all his I.p or block any account from that I.p he creates immediately? I was aware his Gtb account was blocked one time but here we are. Using it again. With biometric data, it is easy to pick him up now. But I think he has a cover. I could remember sometimes when buy and ship from usa was booming, this guy created a thread posing as helping people to buy and receive goods from usa. Many people paid him hundreds of thousands of naira/dollar to help them pay and ship from ebay and amazon,USA. His shipping fees and timing seemed better than others. So it was easily easy to get pray and he would later chart privately with the victim and then, scam deal done. Until several weeks that they couldn't receive refund and goods, then he disappeared. The worst thing then was the mods just locked the thread and later deleted it as victims were complaining. So I was then wondering was the mod part of these? That's why I said seun not doing enough in getting this guy . If he wanted to block him totally,he knows where he can. The guy has been in existence as far as nairaland first year ,believe me. From selling fake cars, to fx trading deals to accident victims and so on...So he knows what is trending and how to get his prey. Anyone in Gtb here should try and see what can be done.

Those banks are fucking up. Especially Stanbic. It happened to me on Monday, and we are still dragging it till now. They asked me to get proof from aliexpress that the transaction failed. Or I should wait for 30 days before it can be reversed. I contacted aliexpress through online chat and I was told that they cannot send any email. But they admitted that the transaction was not successful after checking their record. I sent the screenshot to Stanbic email, still they are asking me to get proof. I don't know the kind of proof I want to get again ooo. Today again, another one occurred. I think they are having issues with their card. I just tire for them.

I have had such issues like 2-3 times before with gtb card. They ask for evidence. Earlier i mailed aliexpress and they reply mail after their investigation saying they didn't receive the payment, with that mail i forward it to my bank and the mail serves as evidence and that's what I've done. That's the solution but i also employed another method which is whenever am making any payment am always ready to take a snapshot of any failure message or transaction details, that's the best evidence i think i used for the later issues.

Your money is on hold by GT Bankand you need to get evidence from Aliexpress that payment was not successful before it ll be credited back to your account, otherwise it will be withheld for 30days before it reverts to your Account.

If DCC mean direct currency conversion, it means merchants will allow me pay in my local currency. Since banks are not remitting dollars to these merchants, why are they charging at black market rate?

Little did I know that I have just been scammed and it was a fake credit alert. His phone no has been switched off but his whatsapp no is going... Who can help trace him... BEWARE OF BANK ALERTS

This is just2endowed . I noticed u have removed or delete more than 20 pages ads on my sales and marketing of genuine SanDisk and Advanced memory cards recently.

I also just noticed there is a thread on nairaland for phone ads and sales section which I didn't know earlier exist before and I have created my thread before the creation of phone ads section. I believe that's where u deem fit I violate nairaland rule. If I know how to move all my pages to phone ads section, I would have done so instead of removing a thread i sweat to create. I believe u are the admin also, it would have been better u help me move it instead of removing my thread.
