I had to resort to using stanbic's mobile app in order to check my balance, that's all. and their account is just temporary to me and due to need.

from day one of opening an account with them, it's one complain or the other, the most annoying issue I've experienced is that I don't receive alerts real-time.

maybe you just got lucky, also experienced similar yesterday, I've called and mailed even with evidences but no response yet. I was told I had an option to either wait for 8 working days or the month end when accounts are reconciled. crap!
I'll keep pestering them.

...when it was really a forum for collectively innovating, modifying and sharing ideas. but the reverse is the case nowadays.

even back then when browsing tweaks were being innovated, we'd research privately in groups then bring the results for the public. Even the one that was buoyant enough to pay for subscriptions would still contribute his quota to make things work for those who couldn't afford it. Unlike nowadays...
