5. When either or both of you decided to terminate the arrangees to come together again, you might have to re-file marriage because you were both legally divorced.

6. You might have problems convincing USCIS about why you both divorced earlier, married new spouses, divorced the spouses and decided to come together again.

Its a tough one except you are ready to sacrifice your marriage.


If you will take my advice, one of you should go for studies, get job and be PR, then the person files F2A for the one in Nigeria to join him/her legally
