Is it possible to take legal action against the UKVI? I am so pissed that these people have disrupted my business since the 16th of august up till now, no passport, no visa, my employer is pissed at this and I just made a call to the UKVI and they couldn’t still tell me what was going on, saying they will forward the case to their management, my other colleagues have started applying for new Nigerian passport again, this doesn’t make sense cc justwise

Did you use any MFB or Finance House for POF? I know that’s what usually causes unnecessary delays....If you used only regular commercial banks, then you should be fine. Just be a little more patient.

it’s a temporary work visa, so my employer is handling that part from the UK

they are terrorists but Nigeria’s recent purchase of 12 super tucanos can’t be used against a group that has not been declared as terrorists, that’s one of the agreements for the purchase of those jets between Nigeria and the US, they can only use them against boko haram currently

After the pilot saves them, the airline proceeds to sue the pilot even though it could be a mechanical error

I think they’re having issues but you can contact them, they’re partners with wema bank so I guess they use wema bank rate

My son's passport is still with UKVI. Every other member of the family has gotten their passports and visas. I have called severally and the response is a decision has been made and the passport is on queue since last week. I don't know why they 'll keep on holding his passport.

Caseworker guide is a document the visa officers use to determine whether an application can be granted or refused. You can also check through this document to be sure you are on the right path

it happens when there are inconsistencies in your application or a delay in the DMC getting some additional info from you, so then they tell you your application has not been straightforward and it will take longer than the usual turnaround time to get your visa

Yes they did, after few days ,that I should check status of my visa , their funny self were teaching me how to track my application after I have collected my passport �. Like her stated previously, it was the next day after I sent them a mail, my application got moved and I got collection mail.

Since you've sent a mail, keep checking.

There's a place for complaint on tls site, it's like a form you fill. But do ensure UKVI has informed you that a decision has been made. So you can build your complaint while filling the form. In my case, I started how UKVI already informed me and how my dependent got his earlier, and by the next morning, my application moved from DMC to VAC, and by 1pm, collection mail dropped. Don't know if that was a coincidence though. So give it a trial, just make sure you have heard from UKVI.

It charges more than aboki rate sef. Dollar is N622 to $1. As at Last 3 weeks I used it., maybe it will be more than that now.

Send a mail to TLS as well. That mail shows your visa has been approved, and someone / system is delaying the transfer.
