I am glad you saw that for yourself. Out of the over 500 people you know, how many of them use the OTG, if you read the full post, you would have seen other features that people don't use but pay for. Have you ever used the NFC on your android phone?

OTG is relatively new (especially to Nigeria) . You can't expect it to be so popular immediately. Even 4G is not so popular. And not every phone has it, so it shouldn't even be on the list.
And yes I have used NFC...on my tv though. And it's the same thing here, not every phone has it. If it was on every phone, it would be used much more.
You can't write off features just because you don't use them.

Most phones with an inbuilt battery usually carry a unibody design which should reduce the effects of contact with water. So, just cover the phone completely in rice and it should be fine. Better still, take it to a phone repairman as soon as possible.

IF you're planning to buy a phone on this thread, asking about battery life won't be much help.
There are high end phones that manage battery life properly.
For example, you can't be comparing the working capacity of the battery of a Samsung or iPhone to that of an Infinix or Tecno.

If you can test the phone you intend to buy, that would be better.
