Its been ages i commented on this forum. This I do deliberately because most times, its tantamount to casting ones pearls in front of swines.,

However, its as clear as day that the only ingredient needed for evil to triumph is for men of conscience to remain quiet.

This informs my decision to do a rejoinder to your post.

Ordinarily, you comr across as a brilliant fellow but alas, you failed the test! For what man is that man who abhors evil and celebrates wickedness?

Issues on this forum are always reduced to tribal arguments. Igbo versus Yoruba. I have spoke against this ugly trend in the past but it appears this satisfies the mediocrity of the peddlers.

Your post is not an exception.

The question i ask you all is this..please what tribe or party is poverty and underdevelopment?

You call names.here, all in a bid to support some politicians who don't even know of your existence.

Fayose's comments have at best been pedestrian and on this very matter, his comments are outrightly provocative.

Now lets ask... Did Alams jump bail in the Uk or not?

You speak of selective justice but you were in power for 16 years and you failed to prosecute the same people you now accuse.

Selective or not,.lets agree that corruption must be killed. And if your party ever get to power again, go ahead and serve justice, even if its selective !

Talk of double speak and blatant hypocrisy.
Yet you're quick to label a certain group tribal bigots. Pray tell, in what light does the post you made above portray you?

He speaks his mind on the passage of a fallen comrade, and stands with the southerners on the selective political vendetta they're going through in the hands of this government, and his lineage must now be questioned?

Madam, FYI, it is people like Fayose, My Best Friend, and a certain NLER that makes me retract whenever I want to speak in favour of Biafra.
Fayose keeps correcting the notion that the Yorubas are treacherous and deceitful. He makes me have high hopes for the ONE NIGERIA project.
He is a man of his words, he is no fair weather politician. He stands up for what he perceives as right, even if he stands alone.
He is no bandwagoner

The wise would seek to emulate him.
Fayose is a role model.

Deal with it or keep living in denial.

Your moniker confirms you're a naughty girl. I have nothing more to say to you.
In the meantime, take this padlock and go lock his mouth. Then throw the keys into the atlantic ocean.

Politics / Re: Emir Sanusi's Response To His Marriage To Saadatu - Theheraldng.com by drbre(m): 5:13am On Sep 30, 2015
Nasman:
Nice one my emir. Congratulations on your wedding. As for the wailers no amount of your wailing can make us change our noble cultural values. It better to get marry at 16yrs than to be a prostitute at the same age. Our noble cultural value is not influence by European like yours. Whether you like or not, we will continue upholding our culture anywhere anytime. Don't you think your hatred towards (Fulani/Hausa/Northerners/Muslim) has any influence on our day-to-day activities? We don't give a damn about what you think of us. And it will remain so till the end of time. We have more than centuries long of tradition. Unlike most of u, that your culture started with the coming of Europeans to our shores. The Hypocrisy of southern Nigerians is just funny. Your pathetic #ChildnotBride hasn't yield any positive result, if I were u. I will stop. It like asking the Vatican to be adopt atheism as their official religion. Stop trying to change what can't be change.

The core message of the Emir is that we should learn to respect differences. This cannot be overemphasized.

Lumping Southern Nigeria together is a failure to respect peoples differences. We are different peoples.

In a similar vein, the North is not entirely moslem. Lets respect differences.

To the issue of the bride, its well explained by the Emir but some people's ignorance and arrogance keeps them blinded. Not a fault of theirs as ut takes nobility to understand nobility. Bibi ire ko see fowora.

First, understand that no one can solve your problem for you except yourself.

One of the basic needs of man is the need to feel love and accepted. However, physiological needs such as food and sex are basic.

Therefore , you can not be condemned for simply yearning for.a.natural need to be met.

However, you need to.understand that sex in itself is not an end. The more you have sex, the more you want to keep having it. Therefore, healthy relationships is.what God.designed.to.meet the needs of man in that instance.

To develop a healthy relationship with the opposite sex, you need to understand the chemistry of a woman. A man is a logical being while women are mostly emotional. However, it takes a longer time for a.woman to be fully 'seduced' genuinely. As a result, a man must carefully plan his strategies and execute diligently in order to win her. Its exactly the same way a general carefully plans on how to capture a citadel.

I cant possibly exhaust all the steps you can take in

planning to capture your prize.here. You can pm me for detailed action plans.

Once you have your prize, the lesser issue of sex will be addressed by both parties

Remember that I said you are the only one who is responsible for solving your problems. You can devise some quick fixes to the sex debacle, but i.guarantee you it wont give you.lasting joy.

Stay real

Politics / Re: It Was Sacrilegious For APC Governors To Boycott Ooni’s Burial – Afenifere by drbre(m): 9:36pm On Aug 17, 2015
femeritus:
The problem with the Yoruba race is their inability to forget the past and move forward. Nobody is holy. Some of the people commenting here will do worse things if they were in the Ooni's position and some are merely castigating him out of sheer jealousy that the Ooni has the type of recognition their king can never dream of. But nothing can be done about that. That's the way history has it. You may try but can't rewrite it.
When will Yorubas learn to forgive? In the words of the legend Ogunrinde, Yoruba ronu. E jawo lote. An eye for an eye leaves everybody blind. MKO Abiola denied Awolowo, a close friend of Ooni Sijuwade and the hero of the Yoruba race his right and also worked with some powerful politicians to deny Ife the capital of Osun State so the Ooni probably didn't see the need to support Abiola's mandate. Instead of condemning the thief you blamed the owner for not keeping his belongings properly. Now, the Ooni is no more, some Yoruba cannot accord him the last respect. There are obas in Yoruba land who openly support APC. Would these governors have done the same if they were the ones who passed away? If errors were what God watches, how many of us would stand? The earlier the Yoruba learn to forget the past , the better for the race. If not, in the words of Lagbaja , mo sorry fun gbo gbo yin o. That's why the Hausa are better.

Insightful...lets forget d past cos bi a ko ba gbagbe oro ana, a ko le ri eni ba sere...And also, henceforth let all that are in authority , be it traditional or constitutional democracy lead with d fear of God..no man sows okro and reap pawpaw...

I think out of respect for the institution and not the person, the Govs should have attended the burual. That could also have served the purpose of gaining more loyalties in the enemy's camp. We have to learn not to be seen to be hitting hard at a man who is already down. PDP is dead...and buried, at least in the South West. Now we need to get their foot soldiers in our camp so that we can serve the greater purpose of unity and progress . Yoruba roonu o. Jah bless.

Can the moderators please do something about the hate in this forum.

Hate begets hate and more hate.

And to be frank, most of the people who are consumed with this hateful comments are green horns who are at best in a higher institution somewhere or young graduates learning the curves.

People, this is not the way to go.

The post was about Dr. Junaid Mohammed and all of a sudden a certain individual derailed the thread making inciting statements about a particular tribe that has absolutely nothing to do with the original thread.

I will like to get everyone to understand that this is a public forum and as such decorum is necessary.

Show Me your posts against the many corruption scandals that plagued the past govt..if u fail to, i declare you a big mouthed bigot and hypocrite.

Lets see your posts against your brother's well publicised scandals i.e. Missing billions of dollars unaccounted for by the NNPC, Stella Oduah's scandal, presidential pardon to a thief like Alams e.t.c

Your recent anti corruption posture is nothing but a deceit. For your likes, real time politics is not for the lily livered, if you cant stand the heat , you have no business in the kitchen. If you are at the loosing end, prepare to account for your evil deeds while in power. Call it selective justice or witchhunting, thats your business and you have to deal with it. Ask Mohammed Morsi.

we live in a bias world, somewhere where nothing is fairly judged or evenly taken.
it's just like in most of our Nigerian homes where it's a taboo to get the same size of food as your elder or even chunk of meat, there must be something to breach the gap. That's same way males and females are treated pertaining to the issue.

personally, I don't see virginity as an issue to be discussed at all.I must confess I've been a little taken aback since I joined this forum, nearly every thread in the romance section boils down to this issue.it's surprising that many take it this way.

I don't care
if my man is a virgin or not or how many girls he has gone down with so long he doesn't have STDs tongue and isn't a sex worker, doesn't just run about any girl in the street, he never cheated in a relationship and has the perfect character to match,I'm ok cool

we should take people's character and commitment seriously than these virginity issues.

Yea..u r on point..d whole idea of being a virgin is a scam...being a virgin doesnt guarantee chastity...#stopdbias
