The best option available is to break up because the other options you seek are synthetic and you will have to live with such for the rest of your life and they are also quite expensive too!

It depends on the dept you are switching to.
In the case of a person switching from a dept to another wherein both depts offered similar courses in 100level,there will be no need for the person to repeat 100level after switching.
The case in which a person would be asked to repeat 100level is when the courses done in present dept differs from that in the intended dept.
