Health / Re: HIV/AIDS Conspiracy Theories: Do You Believe The Virus Is Real? by drealdoc89(m): 12:05am On Nov 10, 2017

I never for once believed it's real.
Unless 90% of d population are immuned to it. If not I don't see d reason why almost everyone is not infected with it considering d way sex flows in circulation from one person to another just like money.
You don't need to believe if its real.
Just come to North East and experiment it yourself.
I'm currently in North East Nigeria and I can tell you its real by the population of patients on ARVs in the hospital where I am currently.

Religion / Re: Can Drinking Alcohol Stop A Genuine Born Again; From Making It To Heaven? by drealdoc89(m): 10:52am On Apr 18, 2016
Peritus:
Bible does not condemn taking of alcohol, but condemns and forbids drunkenness.
To your question, yes, it can lead one to hell. If you walk in the spirit, you will discover that alcoholism fights against the spirit because it makes the mind volatile and weakens the body, thereby making it susceptible to sin. You have to avoid, not only sins but circumstances that lead to it.
Proverb 14:12 says that there are ways that seem right but the end is destruction. 1Cor 10:23 says, all thing are lawful for me but not all things are expedient: all things are lawful for me but all things edify not.
The question is: are you at you best behaviour and well positioned to worship God truly in spirit when you take alcohol?
The sole reason one can take one bottle, then add another and another is simply to get high. That getting high is where the problem lies.
Don't get me wrong, you have not committed any sin just by tasting/taking alcohol.
I stopped drinking beer, not because of sin, but because my spirit repulsed it while my body yearned for it.
Your response was so timely and rich.
Health / Re: Health System Injustice In Nigeria: A Cry From A Broken Heart by drealdoc89(m): 12:44pm On Apr 16, 2016
DrAdonis:
As a doctor, I agree to most of what the graduate nurses are requesting for. There's no reason physiotherapists, optometrists or lab scientists should be placed above graduate nurses or why they should undergo internship with nurses being excluded.

Doctors, nurses and pharmacists are the CORE health professionals even though the doctor plays the central and cordinating role and sends the patient to get drugs from the pharmacists, get some care from the nurses amongst other things.

Those other health workers are ALLIED HEALTH PROFESIONALS and there's no logic as to why they should be placed above nurses. The nurses' requests should be considered in the interest of justice.
Its an health care team. You must not always make a statement showing that the doctors are leading the team(even though its the doctor that first of all gets in contact with the patient) .
Am saying this because of the statement you made @The doctor plays the central and cordinating role...
Gracias

I just followed your advise to use Gtb *737* to transfer money to another abnk and the first alert I got was a 105 naira debit instead of the 20naira they said. When I no go enter bus go complain for the bank now cos me I no dey joke with my money o!!!

The truth is that when initiating a transfer to other banks, you will get charged #105 and #20 to transfer money to a gtbank account holder.

FLYING EAGLES 1-0 WARRI WOLVES

LMC Super Four favourites, Flying Eagles continued with their impressive form in the tournament with another vital 1-0 win over Warri Wolves at the Abuja National Stadium on Wednesday afternoon for their third straight victory since the tourney started on Saturday.

Manu Garba made four changes to the side that defeated Kano Pillars on Monday with Joshua Enahoro taking the place of Olorunleke Ojo and Abdullahi Alfa in place of injured Izu Omego while Prince Aggrey and Chiderah Ezeh were Seasiders played a very good game and they didn’t allow hitherto dominant Flying Eagles to boss possession especially in the first half.

Warri Wolves with Okeimute Odah, Michael Okoyoh, Semiu Liadi and Joseph Osadaiye curtailed the dashing runs of the national U20 sides and with their robust rough tackles, the Flying Eagles were for once made to stay in their half for most part of the first half.

On the resumption of the second half, Garba’s half time pep talk yielded dividends as the U-20 found a way out of none to race into the lead with barely two minutes to the start of the second half and the goal was a powerful flying header courtesy Flying Eagles’ skipper, Musa Mohammed who made amends for his own goal scored in the last match against Pillars.

The tempo of the game slowed down on the part of the U20 side in the second half especially after the goal with Warri Wolves in ascendancy and even led possessions again but poor marksmanship robbed them of the much desired equalizer.

Flying Eagles are on top with nine points from three games with U23 national team in second spot with seven points while Enyimba, Pillars, Warri Wolves and Dolphins are third, fourth, fifth and sixth in that order with six points, four points and no points.

ENYIMBA FC 1-0 DOLPHINS FC

Enyimba FC on Wednesday at the Abuja National Stadium again pinned Dolphins 1-0 to record their second straight triumph of the ongoing LMC Super Four after the opening day 0-2 loss to the Flying Eagles.

The People’s Elephant scored the only goal of the match inside the opening 15 minutes through Chinonso Okonkwo and the Aba Millionaires repelled all the attempts by the Port Harcourt side to even the tie.

Enyimba are now third on the log with six points and they are behind the Flying Eagles and the national U23 sides.

Dolphins and Enyimba however ended the match with a man less after Joseph Douhadji of Dolphins and Aba giants’, Ugwu Uwadiegwu got the matching orders for second bookable offences.

The Port Harcourt side have now lost all the three matches played thus far after earlier losses to Flying Eagles and the U23 team.

DREAM TEAM V1 1-1 KANO PILLARS

Premier league defending champions have halted the winning run of the national U-23 side after the Okey Emordi tutored Sai Masugida held the Dream Team V1 to a 1-1 draw at the Abuja National Stadium on Wednesday evening.

Christian Obiozor recorded his second goal in three games for Pillars after the opened the scoreline in the 31st minute from a rebound after the U-23 goalkeeper, Jonah Usman failed to deal with Adamu Hassan’s close range shot.

The Dream Team V1 however restored parity in the 68th minute from the penalty spot after Adamu Yahaya who was fouled in the vital area by Pillars’ Eneji Otekpa, dusted himself up and slotted the ball beyond the reach of Sai Masugida goaltender.

With the draw, Dream Team V1 retained second spot with seven points from three games while Pillars fell to fourth position with four points from three games.
Nice job!
