During Beyonce’s performance at the 2017 Grammys, the superstar singer channeled Yoruba Goddess, Osun.
The goddess represents, fertility, motherhood and the passing of the generations.

This isn’t the first time the Grammy Award-winning artist paid homage to the practice. Beyoncé paid tribute to the goddess of water, fertility and love in visual album Lemonade, most notably seen in “Hold Up.”
She also channeled her in her maternity shoot.
