That’s how one was almost defrauded of 20m by a real estate company.

The man was also claiming he knows the law. And I was just looking at him like a mumu. And inside I was shaking my head if not for my intervention that man would have been completely defrauded because the clause the real estate company was looking to enforce the man wouldn’t have had any way to defend against it.
