(9) Don't you think Nigeria would have been like Europe if independence was gotten in 1995.
(10) Do you regret being a Nigerian?
That your number 6 no follow. Nothing to study from the Igbos during the civil war. They were subjected to starvation the entire time and they gave up when the heat got extreme unbearable.

This is not unexpected. It’s a total shake down situation for the Igbos at this time, which is a direct consequences of civil war that all parties involved is also expected to be aware of.

You can only recommend for a study if the Igbo was successful in the civil war revolution. But they failed woefully.

Do you celebrate failure?

Let's strive not to fall prey to the clutches of destiny-depleting guardians. They thrive on the vulnerability of their victims, who often find themselves devoid of hope.

Those who wish to evade their harm must adeptly balance offense and defense, asserting boundaries and standing firm in certain aspects of their lives.

This can diminish the confidence of the bully, and in some cases, even lead them to recognize the integrity of their target, choosing not to victimize them again.

What made me know for sure Tinubu is sadly clueless was the threat issued by FG against the Association of Nigeria Cement that they will open border for importation of cement.

The question is: what’s the difference between when you open and didn’t open the boarder for importation of cement. This is because both aspects require dollars to play the game.

When you open borders for cement importation Nigerians would buy the cements with dollar not naira. And now when the border is closed, I will still pay to buy cement in the same dollar rate.

Confused Moronns in power.
This is so true. This administration is 100% clueless. How else are they not supposed to know even when boarders are open for importation of cement, are they buying with naira from another country or in the currency of the foreign country im buying from.

How would a reasonable leader take that as a strength or punishment tool the government can use to scare the association of cement in Nigeria.

It’s really sad. We are in trouble in this country.

It means these agencies know the law but are just evil and deliberately wicked to their own people.

Baba Tinubu, you’re pushing the people now. Everyone is complaining of insecurity, extreme hunger, and inflation, you’re busy spending public fund on irrelevant projects and making empty promises.

The people are not being offered any iota of benefit from your administration. Common man keeps dying day in day out.

The best one of your boys could say is they would regulate social media to gag the mouths of the dying citizens.

If the country is too difficult to rule for you Baba, resign and allow someone else to try.

A popular Yoruba axiom says : Orisa ti o ba le gbemi; fi mi le bi o se bami. Meaning : it’s best you leave it the way you met it than making it worse.

Baba, people would never continue to keep silent forever as this is going to the root of their existence as human.

Your administration has completely stripped off “protection of life” and their life through unprecedented starvation on the one side and bouts of kidnapping on the other side.

To make things worse, there’s no employment or job opportunities for these people.

How do you want my people to survive in this situation?

Resign if you’re not capable of ruling the nation. Stop subjecting the people to avoidable hardship in the name of answering Mr. President.

And to those guys that hawk bigot posts all around on every posts here on Nairaland, stating if anyone should be sited protesting the soldiers should gun them down at sight.

I hope your brain would reset very soon because you seem really really idiotic whenever I read your useless comments here.

The fight against bad government is not supposed to have any tribal undertones.

These politicians are all the same. Our failure to understand there are two major classes in Nigeria- the highest class and the poorest class , would prolong our suffering in this country.

Our common enemy is whoever that rules and fails to deliver on his promises.

We all keep a lot of friends from the eastern part of the country as Yorubas same from the northern side. So why allow tribal sentiments to veil our mental faculties?

The election is far gone and whether it’s Obi or whoever that rules , it won’t add any special significant advantage to you or me because they are from our tribe.

Understand this and stop channeling your energy on unprofitable fight.

Farmers have similar fear, hence low farm productivity covered with high inflation of commodities and unemployment rate.

CBN governor of a whole country can’t attempt economic related questions thrown at him without reading from the scripts prepared for him.

Any small thing - you will hear if Obi was the president. Mumu people. They don’t know the tribe changes nothing. What a reasonable Nigerian should demand for is good governance regardless of the tribe ruling the nation:

When Nigeria is on the pitch playing football as a nation , everyone participates and some tribes even dominate in numbers based on their ability and skills. And we all embrace them and watch to support them all regardless, but whenever it’s about the government and their corrupt practices, some of you get so dumb to know that wether it’s an Ibo or Yoruba or Hausa , it changes nothing.

Can’t you people think? I’m I not a Yoruba? Is the bad leadership not affecting me? Did Obi not serve as Anambra governor, were there no indigenes complaining of poor governance even despite it’s their own that ruled them?

Do you people not have Ezes stealing your resources and subjecting your indigenous people to abject poverty in Oguta LGA that houses one of the biggest oil companies in Nigeria?

How much benefit have you had under the leadership of any of your eastern governors over the years ? Are other tribes not suffering from this same issue?

The problem is you people find it difficult to think critically.

The problem is not individual tribe ; the problem is the system is corrupt. And part of the reasons this systems keep being corrupt is your type that are concerned about irrelevances.

Even a right thinking person won't even vote or support APC ,because of what buhari did during his 8years in power.. As a matter of fact, tinubu even said he was going to build on Buhari's foundation.

But because tribalism and religion blindfolded you and your likes,he used your d.u.l.l heads..

And its not even a year yet,and you are protesting ? As a matter of fact, the army should shoot anybody staging protest to distract this beautiful government. grin

You bought milk for 10k,that's your business. As long as you guys don't stage protest to distract this beautiful government. You can buy it for a 100$.. Let it continue like that, and let's see who we cry first..
You see your life now. Most of us don’t care where the leader of this country comes from. We only care about good governance. I’m one of those people.

Let me tell you. A good leadership knows no tribe , religion or whatever line of group you can imagine.

As far as me and you know , nobody has had any special benefits as a result of the President is from their tribe, particularly when you’re a common man.

Also, I’m saying this again, you’re not developed politically. You need to unlearn everything you know about politics.

The way it’s being practiced in Nigeria is not the right way. Leadership is a competition of idea and nothing more. Individuals have the right to vote for whoever they choose to at their discretion.

You can’t possibly take my vote and use it as an electorate. Stop being illogical.

If I decided to vote for Obi or Tinubu, it is my right and it’s nobody’s business. You too exercise your voting right.

You don’t bully others because they didn’t vote for the person you felt is the best. It’s your own subjective decision, and it should be left that way. That’s why I said you and your likes are brainless.

It is you who isn't reasoning well not him,you think he called Obi because Obi is Igbo?he called Obi because amongst all the candidates then, sane logical people knew Obi was the best in every aspect but it's people like you that base things on religious and ethinc sentiments that is the problem of this country.

To some people,Obi was not the best but Tinubu was the best, and that's ok because if you keep $100 beside just one banana, the monkey will ALWAYS go for the banana because it's logic says banana is best for it,but you and I know that $100 will buy a bunch of fruits and not just banana for the monkey, but do the same thing the next day again and the monkey will still choose the banana. The monkey in all honesty believes the banana is the best choice for it, but it's belief doesn't change the fact and REALITY that $100 is by every standard a better choice.
That’s why I keep saying that reasoning is myopic. Whatever makes you feel those who voted for Tinubu aren’t wise indicate you have not yet developed politically.

With your analogy , you feel you have made the most logical point of all time. You’re insinuating those who voted Tinubu are the dullards but those who supported Obi were the wise one.

What is the rationale behind such a dumb reasoning?

When Nigeria is on the pitch playing football as a nation , everyone participates and some tribes even dominate in numbers based on their ability and skills. And we all embrace them and watch to support them all regardless, but whenever it’s about the government and their corrupt practices, some of you get so dumb to know that wether it’s an Ibo or Yoruba or Hausa , it changes nothing.

Shut up. It’s not about political party. The heart of man can’t be predicted. Whether is Obi or you or me, nobody can guarantee what would happen from any administration .

What you should be concerned about is getting the best from the government. Stop the Obi , Yoruba , Hausa or Igbo nonsensical talks, and face the main reality which the damage caused by the insensitivity of the present administration.

This myopic view of your type is the reason for this prolonged corruption in the country. And more reason the leaders won’t bulge because they know dumb people like you won’t fight the important fight but baseless political arguments up and down.

I wonder the kind of persons I’m being merged with in the name of a country. You people lack critical thinking skills. Every time Obi , if it’s not Obi. It will be Igbo marginalization or religion conflict. Dem use irrelevant arguments do una ni ?

As if Obi is god and no other person worth being the leader of the country other than him.

A good governance knows no religion, tribe or color or race, a good governance embraces equality and shuns discrimination in whatever form. A good governance is solely meant to serve everyone. That’s what a right thinking human should advocate for not Obi this Obi that . Adamu this Adamu that.

In developed countries, people from totally different backgrounds, colors are voted by the people as long as they have what it takes to deliver.

The world has transcended beyond this your myopic view. You people should have sense for once.

You don’t still get sir. You can’t fight armed bandits as a civilian. No matter how fearless a bird is , it shall always remain food for the cat.

Arms and ammunitions are in the exclusive list for a reason. It’s the most complex and most heavily regulated matter.

You can’t possibly fight using a gun now, if the security catches you , you’re probably going to rot in jail.

The unique freedom with which the bandits operate in Nigeria shows it can never be without the permission of the leaders.

Nigeria is a sovereign nation. The President is saddled with the responsibility to protect it against all external aggressions , and what we experience presently is a classic example of external aggression.

It is not the duty of me and you at this stage. An attempt to do this - fighting bandits, is primitive and beyond our capabilities and ultimately will lead to genocide.

Forget all the black magic stuff and the religion fanatics prayers to God. They are all only potent in story books. In matters of AK 47 shells and other dangerous weapons amulets or prayers would do nothing. This is because the problem is a man made issue, the critical consequences of government decay.

Hope you read how the kings, the ones Yorubas reference as “second in command to the gods,” were kidnapped easily like the way kids harvest snails.

It is high time we all joined hands with the security agencies to fight this menace by all means possible. Going entirely spiritual and metaphysical should be considered.

The traditional rulers should recognise this as a declaration of war and respond accordingly. Let them put heads together and bring things out.

This has gone beyond praying in mosques and churches. It has gone beyond sending police and soldiers after them. An army of very powerful witches and wizards should be raised and the battle should be taken to the miscreants in the bush.

They have opened shop and I don’t see them closing it anytime soon. If we don’t want to continue to live in perpetual fear we all must do away with our differences be it ethnic or religious and work together to put an end to this madness.
Your first line is ridiculous sir. Kidnapping is not a complex crime that a country like Nigeria can’t fight with a snap of her finger.
I need to tell you this for free, we have what it takes to clean them all. But the idiots leading us has compromised and definitely getting paid from this or had got into shady deals in exchange for power at some points.

This is why they are obviously complicit and doing nadda. Unreported kidnapping now happens virtually everyday in Nigeria now. Like it’s a norm.

How do you think DSS and EFCC tracks anyone whether within Nigeria or outside for investigation?

With your SIM card not connected to your device you can be tracked to anywhere in the world if the security really wants to get you.

These kidnappers even make calls. Lol. Like they make active calls on active cell phones and you’re telling me we should join hands with who exactly?

What else does the security outfit needs to capture them ? That’s the question?

It’s a big shame that the corruption has now gotten to trading lives of the people for power before it used to be limited to public resources. What a shame

I’m only working on getting myself out of this country as fast as possible. I can’t allow some clueless uneducated useless idiots leading the country to waste my life on mediocrity infused policies and rulership.

Why not use plain mind ask him why there’s such a significant difference in what he told you from what you saw at the airport?
