You are all sick tongue

Like London would be the place a sane person like me would even choose in regards to a honeymoon

OMO IBO:
english breakfast= bacon, egg, baked beans and toast
Ugh. their obsession with beans in their food is alarming
TravelRe: Hotels In London by Dreloaded(op): 3:33pm On May 24, 2008

Omo Ibo, it's not my money, the Flight comes iwth 2 free nights at a hotel and those 8 are the ones that are part of the promotion

RomanceRe: I'm Not Comfortable With My Baby's New Job - What Do I Do? by Dreloaded(f): 8:05pm On May 23, 2008
debosky:
It may not be a comfortable position to take, but in the interim, let her start the job and then you both can reevaluate later and take a joint decision. Don't make it seem like its a 'choose the job or me' situation. A real man will support his woman regardless - she also obviously has a brain and would be concerned for her own life as well.
Exactly. cool

Looks like some of you should "borrow a moinmoin leaf" from our favorite manwhore here. cheesy

This thread is officially embarrassing
RomanceRe: I'm Not Comfortable With My Baby's New Job - What Do I Do? by Dreloaded(f): 7:36pm On May 23, 2008
Alagolo tell your boy to stay away from me. Please

I think it's funny that him of all people is talking about "charging into threads"

Maybe others have but I ahvent forgotten your numerous bashings of others. Even one girl who just said "I wont accept my husband's surname because I perfer mine" was given a sermon of abuses from this same little boy. Lmao and he wants to lecture me?

The Irony.

My mentioning labs and what not had EVERYTHING to do with this thread as I was making the point that danger exists EVERYWHERE. Even cops are married.
RomanceRe: I'm Not Comfortable With My Baby's New Job - What Do I Do? by Dreloaded(f): 6:19pm On May 23, 2008
David, piss off seriously. whether your mom is a doct9or has n ever been the concern of Nairaland, yet you don't fail to mention it in just about every theread. As usual you're being a petty SOB that looks for my trouble CONSTANTLY. LET IT GO

If you intend on being an ass, don't reply to me. So bloody simple

POINT remains there are plenty of places one can get hurt. Take your condecending tone elsewhere, jackass

All these business men that do TAKE these "coffin planes" n ko? Should they no longer work or associate with companies of other states?

I understand the boy's dilemma but it's what the girl wants to do. Maybe he can pursade her later to look into safer airlines, or pray she finds an even better job. Trying to "control" what she does is just garbage, either as a BOYFRIEND or even Husband changes NOTHING. All this 'order her to stay" is rubbish/

My father hates my mother's hours and how much she works because he believes it's too tiring, she's aware but she does it anyway because her job is one of her joys. She loves it and he accepts it and continues to love her.

as for you abbybode, It's because you KNOW why i asked you that question that you are getting defensive. I'd sooner pick studpidity over being an overly posessive monster. I'm still waiting o, YES OR NO.  grin

abbyode:
See how how naughty you are ! Itz not wot u think.
I was only trying to let him know he doesnt have such a control over her now.
I advise you work on your approach and attitude to people. See all your previous posts on this particular thread. I am sorry for whoever puts you at home.
Is it because they havent YET killed you in SA that you are yarning dust.

I asked you a simple question. Instead of getting defensive and running your mouth, a simple Yes or No would be fine.
RomanceRe: I'm Not Comfortable With My Baby's New Job - What Do I Do? by Dreloaded(f): 5:33pm On May 23, 2008
Those of us that work in labs with dieases n ko ? Abegi.

If he can FIND her a better job, let him do so

Until then he should be quiet and let her parents do the whining
RomanceRe: I'm Not Comfortable With My Baby's New Job - What Do I Do? by Dreloaded(f): 5:18pm On May 23, 2008
abbyode:
suggest that you get married first, then you can command her as you like.
Is that how it works in your house?
RomanceRe: Seriously! Does That Make Us Bad Girls? by Dreloaded(f): 5:16pm On May 23, 2008
would have loved to see their faces when he still agreed to marry her grin

Really that's terrible
RomanceRe: Seriously! Does That Make Us Bad Girls? by Dreloaded(f): 4:59pm On May 23, 2008
She herself was stigmatised for actually taking part in beer commercials by her extended family that even when my dad wanted to marry her, a so called elder brought out the magazine she was in to ask my father if this is the woman he wants to really marry.
What the hell? Shouldnt family be on YOUR side?  huh undecided

Fact. Its a man's world, we want conservative women even though we hold them to standards we can never keep. Sorry ladies
HR I just wish you luck.
RomanceRe: Seriously! Does That Make Us Bad Girls? by Dreloaded(f): 4:46pm On May 23, 2008
Nigeria is a country that has woefully failed to enforce her laws, its just a pity women fall into the category of being too easy to kick about no thanks to a social environment that encourages them to bear pain in silence.
Wouldnt that mean for the most part women ARE treated as 2nd class citizens?

As for rapists being held. puh-lease. All the dude's family has to do is pay off a high commisioner and Mr rapist will be let free then they'll say it's because the girl was wearing 'tight pants" or whatever nonsense

I'm sure we all try to defend Nigeria but to be in copmplete denial of the sexism of the country is just baffling

To Nubian Q, truth is only guys are allowed to run their mouths are sexuality. Look at that "cheap sex encounter thread" for instance. As a Nigerian, you shouldnt be surprised by the mentality of most people so this question is void

Xerxes was grandiloquent, had money, had loads of women and many other things. . . .
He was the equivalent of Hugh Hefner in em days coupled with Bill Gates' wealth.
Love him or loathe him. . . . . He mashed the Spartans!!!!
If by women, you mean chicks with diks then ok grin
