UcLloyd:

My soul doth magnify You Lord,
And my spirit praise Your Name....

He paid the debt He didn't owe...

My hope is built on nothing else....

On a hill far away, stood an old rugged cross.........

Rock of Ages cleft for me......

Awesome God....

Worthy, Worthy is the Lamb,......

Abide with me.....this hymn and others, lifts my soul.
Te-deum laudemus....I sang this on new year eve.

I love hymns generally.

Politics / Re: I’ve Been Jobless Since 2003 - Ghali Na’abba by DrEngr: 7:35am On Aug 20, 2014
He said he has been considering "SOME" jobs, but hasn't settled for any. He's considering being a Master of Ceremonies.
Most likely, he is confused. That's what money could do at times, especially when it is ill gotten.

Religion / Re: Is Speaking In Tongues Compulsory? by DrEngr: 2:34pm On Oct 20, 2013
FearGodAndLive:
Good day Brother, speaking in tongues is not compulsory for Christians. Remember my advice to you earlier. Do not get involved in arguments that do not add to your salvation.

Speaking in tongues, prophecy etc are all gifts that the Lord willingly chooses to give to each one according to His purpose not ours. Remember to focus on the most important..

1 Corinthians 12
27 Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it. 28 And God has placed in the church first of all apostles, second prophets, third teachers, then miracles, then gifts of healing, of helping, of guidance, and of different kinds of tongues. 29 Are all apostles? Are all prophets? Are all teachers? Do all work miracles? 30 Do all have gifts of healing? Do all speak in tongues[d]? Do all interpret? 31 Now eagerly desire the greater gifts. And yet I will show you the most excellent way.

The next chapter is a lesson for all of us: Learn to love for that's all you need to be Christian.

God's grace be with you.
God bless you.
I love this as this is what scripture teaches.

Freedom of speech doesn't give anyone the freedom to hurl insults on someone. Constructive criticism will always be appreciated.
Please, let's grow beyond insults and put our hands together to build a better Nigeria.

Dolly-Parton:
Of course, another COMMITTEE.
And that's the only language his dull head knows. I wonder what he hopes to find out. A planted bomb? Or conspiracy from the enemies camp?
Sometimes I wonder if this man TRULY earned that Phd.
Fixed.
One would wonder why the president should be insulted at the slightest opportunity. A responsible individual doesn't hurl insults and moreover that is the most responsible thing any person would do. Let's allow our tongue to be guided please because the insults I read on NL are becoming nauseous.

ucgirl: Abeg oh my people my sis wan marry esan man oh,edo state pls how are does peoples culture nd behaivour cos I ave a lot about them.any relevant info will be apppreciated.
Hello girl, your sister is marrying the individual and not the entire Esan people. If she has issues that are questionable, she shouldn't tie it to his ethnicity. If one goes by ethnicity, nobody would delve into marriage as every ethnic group has one flaw or another.
Generally speaking, Ishan people are loving, caring, humble enough to do house chores and great fathers. I'm been sincere about this.
Thanks.

nifemi16: hi cammy doll, you are God sent. I have been crying and moody all day. feeling heart broken, lonely and rejected. Just cause I am single and lonely, was introduced to a guy, I call him more than he calls, always sending him text messages, but he is always so reluctant to respond. Twice he has stood me up on a date. Today I got really frustrated and I sent him a message on how I have cheapened myself before him, how I have chased him, yet he has made my efforts worthless. I told him how he has pushed me away. I promised never to call him again. instantly I deleted his number.
He hasn't replied me, but I am feeling really hurt cause truly, I have come to love him. Now I am hoping that he would realise that I truly love him, and he would give me a chance. nifemidoll.
Well, I think you got it all wrong from the onset. Even if u wanted the relationship, you would have made him worked a bit for it as he would have appreciated you more. My fiancee just broke up with me because of what a pastor told her and I really loved her but I'm taking it calmly. Dear, he the relationship wouldn't have gotten anywhere if you had continued and even if you had married him, I can assure you that you would have regretted you did. So, you made the best decision ever. Remain a good and virtuous lady, and you will obtain God's favour as regards marriage. Remain blessed.
