With all your wife connection, you never blow to the level where you can comfy shut them up.i think you are the one that is arrogant here.why would your children go to a school you can afford when they can go to school you can both afford with her parents support. Oga they are only passing a message, their grand children are princes and princesses.Be humble enough to leverage on their support. There is no right or wrong way as long as humans are involved.if dem no get money, e go be another problem.
We know your type. A typical gold digger who will quickly sell his honour for a piece of cake.
Do u think if u utilise their connections u can ever shut them up? Utilizing ur wifes connections shows u married her cos of that and ure a gold digger. They made u and ure their boy. Guy what makes u a man is u hustling ur own way and making ur own connection in this life.
Their grand children are ur kids first before their grand children and as the parents u decide what ur children eat, wear and the school they attend. Or else na another man go raise ur own children for u? Can u call urself a man then? If u cannot pay for ur own children school fees without mummy and daddy's help, why did u born them?
How is ur brain working?

Why can people not have a sound intellectual argument without taking things personal. comparing me to a lunatic is a bit over the line sir and just so you know I was married but lost my wife shortly after we were married.

That's the hypocrisy in the world we live in today, exactly why we shouldn't take people on social media serious. Any comment that appears intelligent could be that of a lunatic with a five seconds pause in his/her mental " ish ", bet you can relate
Absolutely right. I just lost it when he said he is not married. Why was I shouting sef? How Can an unmarried person relate with the OPs feelings to the point of questioning his actions or intentions?
If one is not careful one will go and fight with ones spouse after getting expert and rational advise from these children on social media.
Cheers.

No, I am not married. However, I believe we were given our minds for us to be rational. If we lose our rationality it's as good as losing our minds

Manners maketh man. Keep thinking till the day he'll actually slap her.

As to whether this I am speculating, have proof or just downright spewing jargon... let's not forget there are 3 sides to every story.

1. Your side
2. My side
3. The truth
Negga stop quoting movies, it’s not helping ur senseless argument.
The guy never said or showed he hated or was jealous of his in laws.
He never said he didn’t love his wife. He said money allows you to show the love better.
He never said he wanted to slap her. Or would slap her.
Sending gift items to in laws is a normal duty of soninlaws so if he now does it, it’s normal. He didn’t sound boastful rather he said it’s important for them to respect u.
You say he didn’t handle the situation well, what should he have done different? Remain broke but loyal to his in Laws?

Guy, as someone said earlier it’s not too late for u to stop talking.

Smh. do not warrant his feelings of "batteredness" that pushed him to write this.
Is it not the same thing we all read? Please help ask him how the writer felt battered. He came out victorious at the end of the day, and that is obviously what ‘pushed him to write this’. If a husband can pay his own child’s school fees, is it not an insult for another man to want to change the children’s school without him knowing? He has a right to be angry and if na me, I for do worse

WORDWORLD:
Reek of pride?! Hmm..

You see, any piece of writing is open to interpretation and indeed is interpreted differently depending on the reader's nature and personality.

Someone who is shallow, and superficial will always interprete his or her reading supperficially ignoring DETAILS. A profoundly deep person approaches it with profundity, trying as much as possible to grasp the message and more than the message to understand the MOTIVE. An arrogant person approaches his readings with arrogance and looks for passages or sentences to justify his or her arrogance. SEEKERS AFTER TRUTH approach a book or writing with the TRUEST, PUREST LIGHT their heart can give and INTELLECTUAL CAPACITY, hence with CONSCIENCE and are CONSCIETIOUS.

After reading your comment. All i can say is that YOU COMPLETELY MISUNDERSTOOD THE STORY. My sincere opinion about your comment.
My thoughts exactly. God bless you.
There is always that one person who will decide to say rubbish and tink they are makin sense

Don't dress like a prostitute to the house of God.

The house of God isn't a motel or fashion runway , club or party where you're free to dress anyhow you like.

Dress responsibly if you must attend church services or stay in your house.

I whole heartedly support the Rev Faher's action.
Is what the woman wearing appearing to you like the dressing of a prostitute? Did she go to the house of God? Can you not read?

BusinessRe: Five Fastest Growing Small Scale Businesses In Nigeria by DripDrop: 11:56am On Oct 05, 2017
Its true, webdesigning is hot cake. But lots of charlatans in the web designing business. It's flooded with scammers since there's no regulation or bodies to accredit or licence operators in the business. For example most designers will promise and swear that they are building your website ground up without buying templates online, and will charge you exhorbitantly. But you'll soon realize that's a big lie and they'll build nonsense for you. Many will even sub-contract your work. Worse still is they will have no structure or office so your money is one-chanced.

True the Bakery business is awesome. But capital intensive as well. Same with Restaurants where taxes and government regulations can close your profit margin quickly.

The guy below me makes sense. Laundry and cleaning business is another hot cake these days.

FamilyRe: Nigerians Who Ever Thought Of Running Away From Home As Kids Share Their Stories by DripDrop:
My younger brother and I were tired of the way our mum treated us and because we were always hungry. I mean, sharing small meat or fish, boiled eggs on special occassion, and eating 1-0-1.
So we packed some clothes into a carton and planned running away from home. We changed our minds when we couldn't find food in the kitchen to pack.

What type of stupidity is this?
Are you saying that if your writing is good you suddenly have nothing more to learn?

You can drop your comments without being a proud and arrogant numb.

Abeg carry your "notice me" commit for hia.
You are so ignorant. I advised the writer. Are you the writer? What is your issue here?
Also I said 'you have a lot to learn' did you not see that?
Don't use Panadol for another man's headache biko
LiteratureRe: Behind The Mask - A Short Story by DripDrop:
Not impressed at all. Sincerely, I didn't read past the first few paragraphs (while cringing), and that's a problem if you can't hold your readers attention from the first few words.

Man, don't let anyone deceive you about how your writing is good. Its below average and you have a lot to learn. For starters, your sentences are filled with cliches. That's a fail.
Two lots of redundant words and even sentences. You will need to avoid those.
Three, your conversations and characters need to be more realistic.
Etc.

I just gave your work a free review. Sincerely, your writing (and construction) shows you haven't read much. Read more of great writers who use the style you want to adopt (first-person narrative), and that style will naturally stick.
Write like a pro, there is no space for an up-and-coming writer on the bookshelf.

Good luck.

You Nigerians don't like to pay your dues.. If you don't have constant power supply, you complain. You have now, it's too expensive you say... 12k in a month for stable power supply or even 6 hrs in a day is embarrassingly cheap. You might need to check cost of gas or coal, coupled with transmission problems and theft along the lines before you come here to complain about bills
shut up you fool

And it made fp, why?
show me what she has personally achieved and I may be impressed. But here she's showing us daddy's money and we should clap for her? who will she be without daddy's help? Daddy got his Gtbank friend to sponsor her, still she no blow. Even DJ Yekini and Dj Sikiru-Scratch in Ajangbadi dey play better than her at gigs.

We should be celebrating those who achieved sth with their own sweat and talent, rather than these social media spoilt Kim wannabes.
HealthRe: Why Have Nurses In Most Hospitals Lost Their Conscience And Without Sympathy? by DripDrop: 1:38pm On Sep 26, 2017
Josephjnr:
From the way she narrated this,I noticed some things and learnt some lessons.

1. She is a rude person.
2.She never really pointed out the crime or malpractice of the nurses.
3.Manners count in all situations.
4. Some people naturally hate others for no obvious reason.
5. No human is completely perfect.

NB: the most dedicated and hard working professionals in Nigeria today are clinicians.
Thank you very much. My thoughts exactly as I was reading her drivel. And all those 'oh my God almighty my saviour' bla bla bla inbetween her narration sef, yet didn't state exactly what the nurses did or how they specifically treated her.
