Thanks Femi4, I was able to make some progres in resolving d prob, av opened new bb account bt each time I try to use it or the previous one, wc was used on it, my fone Keep requesting for username associated with the device wc I don't knw. What can I do to permanently resolve this? Thanx bro.

Hello, a frnd signed into my bb apps world using his email and a password he can't remember again, we'v tried to Log in to download after d initial time and each time we giv the surposed pw, it keeps counting the numb of chances I have left, pls how can I change d email and pw, av got only 1 attempt left I don't knw what might come afterwords.
