I think they assessed candidates based on the applciation submitted and not just the test....remain optimistic

were you contacted via email before the phone interview?

I don't think the phone interview process is true.

I don't have prior knowledge about the organization but I feel they would want to go for physical interview when the time comes.

It was even clearly stated in the email that they would get back to candidates three weeks after the test.

I know no matter how you want to look at it, the desired number of candidates will have scored 80. I also think to have scored 80, you must be very good or have seen the questions before. Either is possible.

It is surprising to know that some persons scored over 90

Yes let's just keep discussing what might help us, and not make the thread quiet, at least some of us have gone through some recruitment process and we always have an idea what comes next, at least that can help, I think those people who scored 80 and above who be called for assessment or something, depending on the number of people that passed.

Many well paying jobs will give you the desired experience and exposure. Poor paying ones are stingy with trainings, experience and others.

My own concern is how the graduate programme and recruitment process works. I think this is the fourth cohort which means there have been three cohorts before this. I am surprised that information seem scarce.
