Anambra State Governor, Prof. Chukwuma Charles Soludo, CFR, in October reiterated that the days of touts in the state are numbered and a full blown war has been declared on them.
He maintained that in an environment where lawlessness has become a culture, bringing back law and order will be difficult.
Governor Soludo made the statement during the launching of the Anambra Special Anti-Touting Squad held at Upper Iweka, Onitsha.

The report claimed that the Anambra Anti-Touting Squad (SASA) within one week apprehended 413 touts, illegal revenue collector's and four sets of "one chance" criminal gangs in Onistha and it's environs.
In the past few days, a video of the rehabilitation of the arrested touts made rounds on social media platforms in the state as they are forced to sing the Governor’s praise by Homeland Antitouting Unit in ANAMBRA state. The de-radicalization approach has also drawn criticisms as it reflects a similar old terrifying video that showcased the experiences of Okuzu SARS inmates inmates in the state that formed part of the ENDSARS protests nationwide.
Nonetheless, the notorious activities of these touts and criminals cause loads of harms and many times cost innocent persons their lives/livelihoods.

The group claims she uses these tactics to manipulate the Chief of Staff (CoS) and the "villa boys" to fulfill her agenda. The group highlighted the minister's alleged influence on the CoS, resulting in the removal of some ministers from an official assignment to Dubai with President Tinubu. The minister reportedly replaced them with her name and further influenced the CoS for deployment to a more lucrative ministry, possibly Trade and Investment.
The Coalition of Civil Society Groups emphasized the potential threat posed by the female minister, considering her overbearing attitude and the murky marital status of the beauty pageant minister in question. The group warned that if unchecked by President Tinubu, the minister's actions could lead Nigerians to question the sincerity of the current administration. The records cited by the group suggest a history of the minister allegedly causing harm to men close to her in her pursuit of power. The group concluded by urging both Mr. President and the First Lady to exercise caution regarding this minister's actions, stating that failure to address the situation early could have serious implications for the administration's credibility.

No Nigerian has the right under the constitution to demand for special status or respect as a host from other Nigerians or to treat other Nigerians as visitors in any part of Nigeria. Every Nigerian has equal rights as Nigerians and privileges under the constitution as other Nigerians irrespective of the part of Nigeria they come from or find themselves.
All lands in Nigeria belongs to the federal Republic of Nigeria, all the mineral resources found in land, under the land and sea belongs to the federal Republic of Nigeria all revenues generated in every part of Nigeria are pulled into a central account of the federal government and distributed to all the states of the Federation irrespective of the amount contributed by each state....this means revenue generated in Gusau; Zamfara state will be used to provide infrastructure or for the benefits of Nigerians in Anambra state and revenue generated from Anambra will be used to provide infrastructure and for the benefits of Nigerians in Lagos state.
