I USED TO BE WHAT IS CALLED A CHRONIC CHAIN SMOKER.I WAS SO ADDICTED TO NICOTINE EVEN THOUGH I KNEW QUITE WELL THE DANGER THAT ARE INVOLVED IN SMOKING.I TRIED ALL I COULD TO HELP ME STOP BUT I JUST COULD NOT EVEN TO THE EXTENT THAT MY HEALTH WAS FAILING ME.

I CONTINUED THIS WAY FOR A LONG TIME TILL A FRIEND RECOMMENDED AN E BOOK SHE SAW ONLINE HOW TO QUIT SMOKING FOR LIFE.I DIDN'T PUT ON ANY EFFORT TO GET THE BOOK AND EVEN WHEN I DID I NEVER CARED TO READ READ IT.BUT TO CUT A LONG STORY SHORT,TODAY I AM SMOKE FREE AND ITS BEEN 2 YEARS SINCE
