felixchip: MUMU. So, this was how US came about their zMapp, by going on strike and remaining at Home.there goes the usual erroneous believe about doctors pay in nigeria |
rhymz: This immature FOOL too is a doctorlol, immatured fools..nobody says u are not good at what u do..naaa...or is there anybody on board who says or rather has posted that this guy is crap att what he does?nobody is saying that.u dont have to exhibit any of ur self esteem issues here.deal with it.now.,i will still let u know that i actually have a damn sense in this head of mine by making my earliar point(s) clear.ur post clearly displayed how profound ur ignorance is as u do not understand the meaning of "resident doctors".if i do not know something or not sure of something..i ask or find rather than displaying my folly.unfortunately u are still defending ur heresy.actually we nigerians dont learn easily even from history.so i will put it like this.a resident doctor is a fullbregistered doctor, even a corper doctor is fully licenced.only HOUSEOFFICERS/INTERNS have provisional licences.basically in a simple form..the presence of undergraduate medical students and postgraduate resident doctors makes an hospital to be termed teaching tertiary hospital.residents work there and are been päid like any other medical officers.u shoulld get this now except of course there is no sense in that head of urs and still immatured to comprehend what we are discussing.by the way..i am currently employed..and been payed for ma extra day and nite hustling to make packaging pure ![]() rhymz: This immature FOOL too is a doctorlol, immatured fools..nobody says u are not good at what u do..naaa...or is there anybody on board who says or rather has posted that this guy is crap att what he does?nobody is saying that.u dont have to exhibit any of ur self esteem issues here.deal with it.now.,i will still let u know that i actually have a damn sense in this head of mine by making my earliar point(s) clear.ur post clearly displayed how profound ur ignorance is as u do not understand the meaning of "resident doctors".if i do not know something or not sure of something..i ask or find rather than displaying my folly.unfortunately u are still defending ur heresy.actually we nigerians dont learn easily even from history.so i will put it like this.a resident doctor is a fullbregistered doctor, even a corper doctor is fully licenced.only HOUSEOFFICERS/INTERNS have provisional licences.basically in a simple form..the presence of undergraduate medical students and postgraduate resident doctors makes an hospital to be termed teaching tertiary hospital.residents work there and are been päid like any other medical officers.u shoulld get this now except of course there is no sense in that head of urs and still immatured to comprehend what we are discussing.by the way..i am currently employed..and been payed for ma extra day and nite hustling to make packaging pure |
Nuzo1: Some of you Drs exhibit a high level of superiority complex that can't be explained.hmmm...let me put it down this way so some can get it simple..ofcourse u may already know sha.;the survival of ebola patients as u have called them has everything to do with the doctor..they are there..ok..they determine the type of conservative and supportive treatment/management plan for the ebola patients as there is or was no specific medications to tackle the ebola virus like so manu other viral diseased condition.these conservative managements are always carried out by important supportive health staff in the hospital under the supervision of the doctor who primarily owns the patient.or maybe u think or assume that since these drs are on strike..they are not participating in the care of the patient?if thats ur case..u are not right sir |

lrguru: bros kai, u are very wicked and infact ruthless, even with all my definition and breakdown, u still said it was my skull talkin, not even my brain.....that was 20hit combo, chai.... If really u are a doctor and a funny one at that I am sure there is no amusement park in the hospital, and the only place u can be fully utilized optimally is the illegal abortion departmentLOL.thats a good repay bro.but seriously residents are registered doctors(full option)not semi doctors, they work and are being päid like the ordinary medical officers but also in training to be specialists in their chosen medical fields at same time, like an apprentice being trained to handle honda vehicles will likely be less skillful in handling audi vehicles |
rhymz: Can people stop twisting the facts and reality on ground.... residents are not even licensed doctors so what is this talk about the hospitals coming to a halt because medical graduate trainees have been sacked. Are you guys for real. With or without Resident docs, the teaching hospitals can run fine, all the management need to do is make little changes and tweaks here and there. The absence of residents can not stop a hospital from running, for God's sake these guys are a little above the medical students.please please my brother..permit me to insult u please, jor biko.if u do not know what residents means and the position they occupy in the tertiary centre..dont comment jor rather than compare them with medical students jor. |
dabongys: Sister, The issue is not just with the doctors strike. try to examine the matter without bias. As you claim they have said all patients should go and die, that's really wrong. They shouldn't have gone on strike my dear, at least not now. They should have waited for all patients in the country to get well before embarking on the strike. They should have ensured no patient remains in any hospital before doing so.that right there ma brother...is a complete wholistic and candid view of the whole saga |
lrguru: adviser, take ur advice elsewhere or better still advice urself. If u are not a medical student, u must be one of the sacked RD's cos all ur post on this thread seems bitter toward FG and anyone who talks about the dr's. U seem to cry more than the bereaved my very dear friend. Go and sleep before u get hypertension and FYI FG is not rescinding the decision on sack, so u better face realityLOL.u actually should have read ur post again sha.u wrote it down like some1 who has never been in a mathematics/basic statistics class at the secondary level.just saying |

ocelot2006: 4000 consultants run ALL the teaching hospitals across the nation used by 120mil + Nigerians?dont mind them.wan fe pa ketekete ku ni |
THUNDER4real: Who is begging them to stay? let them go and jam transformer. If they go abroad they will see how medicine is practiced and not this poo they practice in 9ja. You will see every health worker doing his or her own bits for the benefit of the patient.LOL.you should be thev one to actually find out how medicine is being practiced abroad...with respect to ur point particularly in major developed countries...even in 3rd world countries such as india..and u will weep for our country nigeria.yes, overthere, every health worker stays in his or her vocational calling..each group does not plot to invade the traditional jurisdiction of the other.it's so structured and boundries well defined.over there.,a doctor owns a patient hence he is infact traditionally responsible for making/taking decisions that is relevant to the wholistic wellbeing of a patient at various levels.well..it is only in nigeria where things do not work in an ideal way that u find so many aberrations, and deviations from the acceptable norm.not only the health sectors.people(both medical and non medicals) should try and find out how things are being run in major countries with fairly successful healthcare delivery systems before coming down here to post trash, critisisms, ego driven comment.,inferiority driven comments etc..maybe we can learn some ideal way forward.i am not exempting my self sha before some start.. |
egopersonified: Hmm, before FG sacks doctors, hope they went to ask fashola and oshiomole what happened when they sacked doctors and teachers respectively?Naaas.nigerians don not learn from history.how can we keep making thesame move and expecting different result |

lrguru: resident doctors are those semi doctors that their names are written in pencil and there's always an eraser nearby. And lastly, they are the ones that pays the price (sack) for their masters (doctors/NMA) mistakes. Biologically: they are on the verge of extinction. Technically: they are jobless. Politically: they are of no consequence: mathematically: they are equals to zero (undefined)the skull is speaking |
dalhat14: I'm not arguing the permanent staff status of residents, of course they aren't permanent staff, it's the ignorance of people who think MOs can simply be brought in to replace residents that is comical to me, how would an MO even if he's got 10 years of experience do the job of a senior registrar or even a registrar inAnaesthesia or ENT which are highly skilled fields, what's not possible isn't possibledo not mind them jor.majority of the spectators are not open minded to know the short and long term implications of these whole saga. |
adorable29: SACK THEM ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!so its true..out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks ...rephrased.."u say what what lies in u".obviously your two kobo is a reflection of how pöör ur thinking faculty is.sack them all sack them all.mtweew |
Malawian: who told you you are fighting for the populace? who beg you? ode.what is this one saying.u are just a little bit informed. |
datribune: Good move Mr president, I'm not a fan but on dis I'm wit u because u made d right call. 9ja has made so many lopsided concessions to dis Oliver Twist doctors. Enough!. Let dem join d queue of d nigerian unemployed & d ingrates might just appreciate how much dis poor country bends over in order to pamper them. |

Let dem join d queue of d nigerian unemployed & d ingrates might just appreciate how much dis poor country bends over in order to pamper them.shallow asumption from a mind with limited information.99% of naijas are like this..always thinking doctors are each oliver twist and being pampered.besides who says the country is pöör?chai.this news u are sharing...there is God o |
okparaugo: Oga, being a doctor does not amount to threatening the federal govt every 6 months while patients are left to die due to the unavailability of these people.this is exactly what i am saying...how often do u see or hear medical personnels go on strike for so long a time.??at least compared to some other unions or professional bodies,ur erroneous news about doctors instant employment is also a myopic assumption, and so many other assumptions being made by people who think dey know.chai |
desgiezd: I bet this is no relief at all. You wanna begin to replace doctors with agbo sellers? Ol boy!infact...i tell u bro..it's suprising o how some people think with their skulls |
nagoma: Yes, we don't need Doctors. We have TB Joshua.ode |
DonaldGenes: Go and sit down..... Are you guys the OnLy Profession@donaldgene or what do u call ur self....you can not even respond to a post without making grammatical errors.. mtweew...spectators just making comments based on what they think they know..,or based on assumptions or rumours about doctors, nma or other health care personnels.by now every sane nigerian should know the way the government functions, particularly when Fg wants to circumvent the proper things to be done.immagine i've not even seen any post that seems to address the federal government to löök into the mätter well and accedes to the demands, all accusing fingers are pointing to the doctors as if they have inherent prejudice or "beef" for the doctors.. |
I must commend Nigerians for their bravery. First country with an Autistic President. |
hmmm..this has just comfirmed the diagnosis.the guy has downs syndrome. |
sometimes i wonder why spectators make myopic conclusions of the nma vs fg saga.i can not even recall seeing any post by anybody addressing the federal government to implement that which had been signed even before the commencement of the strike..nobody seems to be asking about the fairness and truthfulness of the fg as regards doctors welfare...people just assume out of their limited knowledge that nigerian doctors are this or that....some even end up quoting the physician oath..as if they have a complete idea of what it really entails.well..people assume lots of things about the medical doctors which are far from being true.nigerians, get ur facts straight, your federal government should do that which is right so as to salvage the medical systems in nigeria from imminent chaos and backwardness |
Chief,are u in2 car "swaping business",wanna swap ma car with another |
