Facts i found out about shell new process. The love letas one have bn receiving is an auto reply mail based on ur demand video. The real assessment is done by shell recruiters who evaluate u with all tests coupled together. But at most, ur CV is the key to final stage. They will 1st look out ur career history or work experience, hw long u stayed in a role. 2nd, ur skills as partner to the role u applied. 3rd, ur education & certificates. 4th, ur hobbies/interests, especially not to mention "reading." Those sections are where they require the "leader" in u/us. Just saying based on my research so far.

Yea. If I were U, I wud do mine within 3 days of receiving it. I believe from research I did. They have 2 weeks to reviewing all applications after deadline.

It was clearly stated that u do so within 5 days prior to receiving such email. It's behavioural in nature, they need ambitious graduate with seriousness. Delay may look unserious to them. "C".A.R, means ur capability toward completing a task(instructions) if I may say.

I guess shell recruiters have not started sending regret mails. From their past recruitment is mainly based on one's cv. Your cv, is the key to the final stage i guess.

I've been silent reading comments. But this time, I must comment using my smartness as my strength. I may not be vocal in speaking English but I'm good at writing it. From my studies, I gathered that this New Recruitment Process was laid-out by Shell Graduates @Shell_UK. Nigeria doesn't have a hand in it, they recruit themselves on basis of their core values(honest, intergrity, respect). They are nt looking out ur educatn but how best u are: in listening to instructns cos as a Graduate under training, u need to adhere to instructns for safety purposes. How quick to take in a problem job/project in a given time. How best you could communicate to others around u. Be wise, smart & careful. Only remember that "even if u fail today, never give up cos u are a CONQUEROR." That's the spirit, let it live in u. Cos in me? It will live "Forever!"

Reading from the message above, I think they meant "assessment process," not "application process." I guess it's a programmed message by Cubiks, because this new Graduate Programme started since April 1. Moreover, many candidates all over the world did the same process. Just like one getting the working style report doesn't qualify or disqualify you. If really, they've gotten potential candidates as said in the above mail. They would've notified graduates to stop applying. My dear, it's not over till it's over. Application process is still on. Their HRs are brillant 2 use that
