Pheals: ok is okay
nowadays I don't really know what guys values in ladies... am not talking about the pictures o... have seen many pre wedding photos here and it make me believe guys good for beauty first...
Boys think girls are like books, If the cover doesn't catch their eye they won't bother to read what's inside. and if u tell them this... the reply is
" so will should take electron microscope along to see inner beautiful" maybe this man is pointing to what he value most in his wife to be I don't know and it ain't my concern but just a piece of advice "u will leave with the character all your life not the beauty "
and some is out there saying It is because pheals is ugly And who says you are ugly? Don't mind them, every woman is beautiful on her own. To your comment, guys have certain attributes they want in & on a woman. That's why they/we would do the best to get such women. I didn't mention them cos it varies within the guys. |

majekdom2: your arguments on auto reply or regret mail does not hold. Auto reply can be a regret or acknowledgement message. Your application can be reviewed and you will get the usual auto reply according to you. It's just for whoever that reviewed your application to either click or indicate your performance is below the benchmark. You should understand how recruiting software work atimes. You will only get the "regret mail" you are referring to if you get to the interview stage. If you have been served an update on your application mail i.e your auto reply. Move on very fast. There are a thousand and one fishes in their pool. Make i laugh 1st. Funny! Oga, that's an auto reply not a regret mail. Why is it that a candidate's status later indicates "under review" after being sent the auto mail u call a regret mail? Why is it that some of us were sent an evaluation mail wks after being sent the auto reply? Just have patience, Shell GTP takes up to 6+ weeks to be concluded |

bioduneberry: Research and Development Analyst
It wasn't listed among the available roles. That was why it took about 22+ days for you to get the mail cos you applied for unavailable role. |

vingeophysicist: the only feedback i got from shell was that i should rate there method of screening or interview(the online interview i did ).Moreover i just got that mail three days ago after 1 month plus of completion of my assessment and interview.i guess what captivated there mind was probably the position i held back in school (field trip coordinator of national association of petroluem exploration).i gave them detailed and pragmatic step on my achievement back then ,i guess its was relevant since the position(i held) is related to the job specification. What i only asked is, the subject of mail they sent you. |

@hugochuks60. Please, do relax your mind, Bro! Shell is an International Energy Company. Anything about Energy Companies are treated with precision, standard, safety & accuracy. Sorry to say this, one thing about Black People is that most lack "Patience." If Thomas Edison could do an experiment to achieve his innovation(Bulb) at the 1001st times, just because of patience & hardwork. Remember "he who has patience, gains greatest reward." However, you've done your part(stage 1 completion), leave Shell to do their part." Moreover, it was an opened application, they(Shell) didn't force anyone to apply. Here, I rest my case; bro! |

Has anyone experienced this? Below, an observation from a Shell GTP Candidate ==>> "My observation which I wanted to ask if anyone had experienced such, was the fact that I was sent regret mail on the 28th of June making my application the 16th day after completion ( I submitted on the 12th). Immediately I saw the message, I tot it was over not until the next day I just went to check my status on the shell website page only to see that it is indicating application being reviewed. I got somehow confused. Till date sef, it still hasn't changed to unsuccessful." |

1stPolymath: Exactly, that's another thing, there's no SRD this year. they said "To make the interview process more convenient and comfortable, we are leveraging the latest digital technology to bring the experience to you – wherever you may be" and from their explanation of the stage 2, it's different from SRD What they meant by that is no home professionals to interview u in person during SRD. But, selected foreign professionals are to interview u just as on a video call at any shell centres nearest to u during SRD. It's going to be virtual like the online video interview but this time @shell centres/offices during SRD. |

I have said it. Take it or leave it, SRD have not yet started. All those blah blah blah are fake, candidates are yet to be invited for stage 2. |

And who told you all that SRD have started? The whole thing could take 5+ weeks. Besides, the one who gave his screenshot took his account down. Did you ever asked why? Fake accounts everywhere! |

OLAADEGBU: What is the meaning of 666? Is the number 666 a code that can be used to discover the identity of the beast/antichrist? Go read the book "NATIONAL SUNDAY LAW" by Marcuken or so. It will enlighten u on this topic. Well, am still carrying out a research on that but came to understand that the "Man(666)" are two kingdoms having 1 thing in common. A man is referred in the bible as male & female joined in unity. The book of Daniel 7, tells us that the last empire is made of partly iron(i.e the male) & partly clay(i.e the female), which is 1. I believe the name the two choose to be called because of a similiar trait, will decode the number "666." I'm still on the research, maybe I will post it as a topic when I'm through. |
