HungerBAD: The Oba has a POINT. Bullshit!!!! There are many nigerians born in lagos who are indigene by birth but not by parentage. The last time I checked we were talking about one nigeria. The Oba should close his trap, he has said one too much. |

More will still come out. We are watching and waiting. If Buhari manages to clean up this sector then he will be the people's man. But I doubt strongly that he will be able to with Tinubu on the loose. |

gregzone: Last week I commented on another thread on this meeting wit GMB I said that the outcome of this meeting will have a lot to say about the personality of GMB. He has once more shown that he is a man of character and integrity, who sees Nigeria to be a greater than any Nigerian and political party. Please fellow Nigerians let's put our political differences aside and give this man the support and loyalty he deserves, I sincerely think and know for a fact that change has come to stay in Nigeria. Time will tell. We shall see.... |

Frankie9ice: It's you who isn't getting the point of a leader leading by example. Let's wait for 2 months into GMB'S Presidency, let's see that person whom they born well to float the rules of decency and the rule of law on our roads that GMB himself subjects himself to. Change has truly come, and its here to stay! U really think so don't u. Keep deceiving urself. We will be there at the beginning just like at the end. Remember it is not he that starts a fight that ends it. |

Certifiedboss: Don't give dumb excuses . An average nigerian who has attain some level of success that moves in a convoy won't wait for the green light . This is the president elect obeying the rules , it's deserves commendation already But thats the point. U just made my point 4 me. This is nothing out of the extraordinary so it is not news. Its only something every sane Nigerian should know and do. |

Romance › Re: How Far Can She Push You? by drnoel: 5:01am On May 05, 2015 |
Twaci: Okay, this just happened in St. Michaels, Aba. I was just jejely on my own, asking the phone-engineer why on earth he charged N7500 for my phone (na just screen probelm fa!), when a very beautiful young girl ran out from a building close to the one I was in and started calling for Keke. I didn't really pay her any attention until a guy ran out from the same building calling her name.
He walked close to her and started pleading with her in Igbo, asking her to come back with him. She told him to let her be but then he held her arm and continued begging. Next thing we knew, she slapped him and pulled her arm from his grip.
Now the guys around me (including the yeye theif of a phone-eng.) shouted and started ranting about how stupid the girl was and how if it was them in the guy's situation, they would have beaten the babe black and blue.
But then the guy held her close and kissed her. I could feel the aura of shock around me. The babe started crying, broke away from the kiss and allowed the guy take her back inside.
I almost started clapping but then the awareness of the haters around me stopped me. So I decided to bring this here.
If u were in the guy's shoes, what would u do? If your babe hits u (in public or private) would u hit her back? How far can she push u to get that reaction?
Opinions pls. Eh! U mean that happened in Aba Abia (gods own state). That city and it's peeps are crude so am quiet impressed. |
