The Principle of Federal character is the biggest fraud thru which the North has pertually used to surcharged the Southern Nigeria.
I cannot comprehend how the more qualified candidates never gets the offers while the least qualified candidates gets the offer allbin name of some outlandish Federal character principle.
How can people in the south who are more educated be getting fewer jobs while the less educated Northern Nigeria be getting most jobs
I know for certain that if the North was educationally advantaged than the south, the North will Never concede to the Federal character or educationally disadvantage principles.
And same reason the North will never concede to Restructuring of Nigeria
And for decades now, they refuse to put structures to educate or make their northerners educationally advantaged. They will in next hundred years to come continue to enjoy Federal character principles
