Most recently new tokunbo cars owners especially Rx350 owners are missing the catalyst missing....


Please once your agent clears that car for you . Please make sure you ask agent to verify that your catalyst converter is there and not missing or stolen before delivery to you ..... Have your agent take pictures of the catalyst converter


If the car needs to be work on , tell them not to worry have them deliver the car to your house and have your mechanic come and do the work....


To avoid premium tears and hard earn money been blown away. Those converters are hot cake now . Please be on the lookout and take steps to protect your money......


So far about 10 Tokunbo owners complained to me that their tokunbo cars that they were getting ready are missing catalyst converter... This customers were getting their cars ready to be on the road......

Don't be a victim and start holding this people accountable

So today guys na brake pads I come change . A good quality brake pads will last you at least 2yrs depending on your driving conditions....

It is highly encourage to change all the front and rear pads. Your brake pads must be compatible with your braking system

They have bypassed that angle. I bought Castrol extended performance and scanned it and it was displayed in Spanish. And my trusted supplier was telling me that it came from America. No one to trust. Jumia has disgraced its platform to be known as fake oils depot. Though I am yet to try your Mobil 1 .

Baba I don't know anything about Castrol authencity. But with Mobil 1 scan the QR code with your phone. What you scan should match what you are holding in your hands....

If the scan brings out 5w30 it should reflect what you are holding... Simple as that.. the fake Scans the opposite of what you have in your hands...

As a customer whenever you buying Mobil 1 please learn to scan the barcode. It is cost you nothing,but saves you from wasting money and knocking your engine....


Scan the QR code at the back of the oil .. once scan it should show you what your scanning. So if you have 0w20 and you scan it . It should show 0w20

The fake oil will also scan ,but it will not match what you are holding.. .......

Please take this steps to avoid premium tears.. Am alos on tiktok ....

It's funny you couldn't look at the engine bay before going to the mechanic or to the dealership. It means you know very little about cars and how it operates. But good you fixed it!

Lol ..... When a car stalls on you and there is no check engine light. There are millions of reasons why that happens...

1. Fuel pump is bad
2. Ignition coil bad
3. Fuel injector
4. Crankshaft sensor and many more possibilities

The local mechanic couldn't figure it out without a check engine light......

The Honda was my last resort,and I didn't want to go to them . They themselves ran a diagnostic on it and found nothing. So they did a physical check......

Come to find out it's an Honda issue especially the 8th generation Honda. The Air intake cracks easily.....and also you can't visible see the crack

The local mechanic charged $40 for a twenty minutes labor. Honda's air intake hose usually don't last too long and it's a common issue..... So next time if your Honda is doing the following...


1. Your car jerks

2. Poor acceleration

3. Car shuts off while driving

4. Rough idle

This is just to name a few and there is no check engine light. Please check the air intake hose .. start with the basic search. It will help you in the long run .

Recently my 2016 Civic dies on me while driving on the highway. This happened at least three times. And there is no check engine light on........

I took the car to my local mechanic and he couldn't find any faults either.. so the next step is to take it to the dealership.........

The dealership were able to diagnose a torn air intake tube .. An air intake tube is part of the intake system, it helps filter air into the engine..... Na so dealership gave me estimate of $440 including parts and labour and mind you they already charge me $195 for a diagnostic test......

So as a sharp man, I went to my local parts shop and bought the intake for $30 and I took it to local mechanic shop.....

Baba if you read my signature well well, I dey import Mobil 1 directly from the USA.

We had a new client that bought fake Mobil 1 and he showed us the fake . He wanted us to help confirm the authencity ... And clearly you can tell na fake

They're so many fakes. It's best you buy from an accredited Mobil service centre or filling station. Good luck.

Low quality printing job. You can tell they just copy the front and back

For car owners out there.. know your source of engine oil .... A customer of mine bought fake engine oil ......


On the circle you can see they wrote severe weather conditions misspelled. And you can also see the low quality yellow printing job that was done on the gallon..

Authentic Mobil 1 USA do not print on the gallon. It is a very thin paper used . U can only know by scratching on it ..


Fake engine oil will only damage your vehicle in the long and short run .......

European cars often have high-performance engines, including turbochargers, which require a specialized oil with enhanced additive packages to maintain cleanliness, reduce wear, and provide superior lubrication.

When next you doing an oil change on that Benz, Jaguar, Bentley, Lamborghini,BMW, Audi, or any Euro cars make sure the oil you are using meets the manufacturer specification ...

For Benz for an example owners manual states use engine oil specifications: MB 229.5, MB 229.51, or MB 229.52

Mobil 1 0w40 5w40 are formulated for Euro cars regardless of weather conditions........don't let your mechanic tell you otherwise.....

Got a Mobil 1 5W 30 for my passat cc 2014 which is the recommended grade for the car. However, I have refused to use it because the manufacturer’s specification - VW 504 / 507 was not written on the body (see attached pics). So I feel like it isn’t compatible with my engine. Even the mobil 1 ESP 5W 30 with green sticker does not have it written on it as well. Pls can I still go ahead to use the oil purchased?

You still can use it . It is a bit of an over kill

Mobil 1 5w40 is more situable .. this is the euro blend for Euro cars like your car ,G wagon, Audi, Lamborghini, Rolls Royce basically euro cars
