Why did the US refuse to support GEJ? You realise there were some Nigerians screaming genocide then. That was the tactic the opposition used then. It has now been turned on them.

Secondly if indeed the number is correct, 3100 Christians killed in Nigeria vs. <5000 worldwide then that is very bad. Nigeria is not in a war zone. Why are that many Nigerians been killed?

The elite should just mention their successful efforts to bring any of the killers of Christians to justice. If they can do this, then I would agree that the lives of Christians are worth something. We have not even mentioned el Rufai's own.

FG should have been careful though with expressing support for palestinia, Nigeria has nothing to gain from it. Should have remained neutral like the Saudis.
