But one thing I'd suggest is when you make money.. instead of handing them cash to lavish to waiting for them to tell you about their business idea.. I'd rather you open businesses and make them manages, supervisors etc just engage them

I agree with you. But as it stands, 99% of our generation can't even identify vegetable leaves. Western culture had done us so much bad than good.
