We register for NYSC I.D and it's just N500 only. The school can never collect that one. Even the school I.D card... They'll ask for the photo copy and then will offer you the certificate... I think, we're flexible down here.

I don't think my school give NYSC ID card!!!!....

I think our saving grace is that we can make photocopies of it before returning it

I wouldn't speak for all schools.... But I'm very sure that your school will not collect your I.D Card when they know that you'll need it in camp.

I was told that all you need is to show the I.D card (whether new or old/expired) in other to get the certificate and it'll be returned to you. We've long got rid of issuing SOR, so I wouldn't know it's procedures.

Oga mi sire, my school do collect the ID card back when giving out the certificate. Some have collected their certificate and they had their ID card collected!

Well don't let me tell you that you should use this or that!
Myself,I wanted to go for the SOR + ID card thing before,but on hearing that ife is not giving SOR again plus the fact that I can use photocopies of my ID card plus my certificate makes me wanna go for the certificate. So you can think about it very well and make the decision withing yourself!

My brother,this issue has given us a lot of headache here(I mean #TeamOau here)....
But as at this afternoon, I asked someone to confirm for me and she let me know that people at the senate said they will only issue out certificate to pcm since it's ready and not SOR!
For the ID card issue, kindlyvmake photocopies of it before you submit it to get your certificate....

only in Nigeria you will hear that National Budget got missing at the national Assembly!!!!

As far as am concerned the time-table is authentic, every stakeholder involved in the activities before PCM's registration has already seen it and are working. The major concern for most ppl shld be IF YOUR RESULT HAS BEEN APPROVED OR WILL BE APPROVED NEXTWEEK?? If not just forget batch A and plan for B, Happened to us last year (OAU). Finished April and results were not approved till Sept. We missed B15. Contact your HOD and plan ahead. Na result approval be koko. U might have seen all ur results since last year and still wouldnot have been approved.

Good morning fellow PCMs in the house.... As we continue to wait for our turn to obey the clarion call,let's gird ourselves with necessary info that we will be needing both at the orientation camp and as well as our various ppa! It is my prayer, every soul that go for service will come back as Corper turn gold in Jesus name.



To all my #teamOAU in the house, I think the solution to the much bothering issue on our mind has been cleared halfway to some extent. Let's endeavour to make photocopies of our ID card(Both coloured and white & Black) before submitting it to collect certificate(for those of us yet to get our certificate). And for those that have gotten their certificate and their iD card withdrawn,try and get a letter of introduction that will have your passport photograph from your HOD and equally signed by your dean to take to camp.
This is what I was able to get from my padi lecturer friend and my NASU member at the DSA.
