We learn from Acts15 that it's not necessary for non Israel Christians to follow the Jewish faith.

Acts 15 says that it is very understandable if we are not able to obey many of The Laws exactly like a Nigerian trying to obey U.S laws while in Nigeria, that would very hard eg coming to a complete stop at every junction before moving;

However we can comply with them since we understand the spirit and purpose behind The Law exactly like the driving safely and cautiously at junctions would still be you obeying the U.S law in Nigeria.

The Lord in none of his revelations picked a particular day as a sabbath. The commandment is simple, work for 6 days and give one day to the Lord.
Saturday is the Jewish Sabbath. Nowhere in the bible did God decide it would be Saturday.

Exodus 12:16 was very clear as to when that Sabbath of unleavened bread will be Honoured and Obeyed.

ii) Everyone would be there so there is need for adjournments for people to attend their trial and their case because everyone is in the Court at the same time, including the world data collection centre.
